Indeed, it is not true that they are too small to proportionately have any mass shootings, if you account for population they should be having 11 per year compared to the US.

But in the past 30 years they've had one, with handguns, which killed nine.

All I'm saying is if you support punitive control measures it is very irresponsible to stop there - it does no good to have all of these committed mass shooters around who decided against it because they couldn't get better than a 5 shot bolt action.

If I may jump in on an open forum post here to say that there is nothing dehumanizing about calling illegal entrants "illegals" because they are just that. If someone burglarizes you house he is a burglaries. If he is arrested and imprisoned he is a criminal and an inmate. That is not dehumanizing it is a factual description.

Why not? Do you know what the difference is? If i have my Springfield XDM 9mm as a sidearm against someone with an AR15? No difference, although my 9mm can reload a tad faster than the AR15. His might hold a few more rounds since my 9mm holds 19+1, his may hold 30 but hopefully the problem would be eliminated well before blowing through 20 rounds.

Why do so many think the magical AR15 is all that much more than a pistol? I never understood that logic. It's just bigger and scarier looking. Rounds can do more damage but a 9mm or a 45 still ends in death.
