    Full Title: ‘You Got To Be Kidding Me’: El Paso Victim Shocked When Realizing ‘Gun-Wielding’ Mother Left Firearm At Home.

    Always be prepare and if you have a CCW permit always bring your permit and gun everywhere that is legal to carry.

    This might have ended much differently if Chritopher's mother and others brought their CCW permit and firearm with them.

    If you don't have a CCW permit, then get one!

    To be fair if walmart has posted the 30.06 law she couldn't carry anyway.

    The entire mall area is posted. Every property owned by the company that runs cielo vista has this policy.

    No, I blame the premises for disarming them and not seeing to their protection. Had it allowed them to be armed, I'd be stating that if one of them had done so they'd be better off.

    I mean that and it's a tourist trap for daytripping foreigners which means it's a ****ing nightmare traffic wise and just wall to wall to wall people all the time.

    I know. I was serious too. I have been to that mall and that Walmart, but that was years ago before I started carrying. The parking lot is a pain because of the steep entrances surrounded by stone walls. I don’t shop in gun free zones anymore.

    A 30.06 posting is not a "law". It is a property owner declaring they don't allow guns to be carried on their property. If you are found out, and asked to leave, you must leave, or could be prosecuted for trespass. But not a gun violation. FYI

    You can, just not during firing. I suggest you give it a go 15 minutes after the bullets are cast, they are slower at that point.
