I don't believe in suppressing what is called hate speech. With any Great Right comes Great Responsibility to exercise it humbly and judiciously. The remedy to free speech, it has been said, is more free speech. Best to win someone over by the wisdom in your argument rather than, as facists' are ought to do, suppressing theirs. You would have an ally instead of an enemy.
You can recognize hate speech for what it is without suppressing it or supporting its suppression. Mein Kampf is hate speech. It should still be legal to publish.
When facts/data and truthful examples are cited but I find it personally offensive! That's politically incorrect, it's calling a spade a spade like Donald Trump does. When propaganda and lies are promoted/repeated in the hopes of deceiving/influencing others! That's cultural-marxism and is considered to be politically correct When people of faith preach against sinning from the pulpit and cite examples of sinful acts! Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition ! Hate speech is anything that political party says it is! That's is also cultural-marxism. Hate speech is anything celebrities and media stars say it is! More crap from Hollywood elitist who are just useful idiots. I would rather know what someone is truly thinking than suppressing their lawful speech of any ilk. That sounds like being well informed and someone who doesn't get their news from CNN.
IMHO, the only hate speech is speech that advocates physical violence against another person or group of persons.
What about calling for boycotts ? The left seems to get hurt from words even though sticks and stones may break their bones they get hurt by words very easily.
The last one is the most pertinent. A black friend once told me that he preferred the racists in the south as opposed to the racists in the North. In the south they were vocal about it so you always knew what or who you were dealing with.
