No idea but Joe or whoever will not win. Democrats remind me of the Andropov era Soviets. The old guard held power tight and there was no Plan B with new ideas for the USSR. Dems. haven't yet decided who they are and what their plan is.

Try it with 'fine people on both sides' and 'go back where you came from' since we like full context now.

If you are committed to divisiveness, then you will have to implement a totalitarian state to suppress the right, and there are an awful lot of people on the right. Is this really what you want?

Don't be so sure. The Democratic Party has set him up to win the nomination, they're looking for someone more moderate who can reach across the aisle and (they hope) steal some of the votes away from Trump, especially when it comes to Blue Dog Democrats / swing voters.

The only difficulty is getting Democratic voters to swallow this bitter pill, since the majority of their core constituency want someone more radical, and are not very enthusiastic about Biden.

Energy independence, best economy in decades, deregulation, more deregulation and then some more deregulation, the capital in Jerusalem, stronger NATO investing more in mutual defense, better trade agreements, the death of Paris accords, the death of TPP, the end of Obamacare (de-facto if not yet de-jure), the death of Iran nuclear agreement, immigration agreements with Mexico, Guatemala even while Dem controlled Congress is totally dysfunctional....

At any rate it's not YOUR concern, suffice is to say we, Trump supporters are happy. Your side should instead concern itself with selling the lies of bipartisanship and moderation they campaigned on in 2018 to skeptical independents and moderates who don't see impeachment hysteria and rabid antisemitism as either.

The economy is following the same trend lines that existed when he was elected, most economists doubt his policies had much if any benefit. All deregulation isn’t good. Exiting agreements we were expected to honor doesn’t do much for world trust.

Like I said, it is completely apparent how happy y’all are.
Good luck being able to ever bring up a negative about another candidate or politician after supporting trump

Absolutely not, I think we function best when taking ideas from those left and right (and ignoring the extremes on both sides), that wasn’t my question however.

I forget that many trump supporters need it reverted to a single sentence that does not exceed a fifth grade reading level.

    Let me try.

Republicans crashed the economy bigly so they cannot be in control until it’s fixed.
Then they can crash it again.

    Is that easier for you?

Don't concern yourself with us Trump supporters, like i said, we are pleasantly surprised, impressed and happy and don't give a flying f#$% what you think of our extreme satisfaction with Trump's first 2.5 years.

The lies and BS promises dems sold the moderates and independents in 2018 is what should keep your ilk up at night. These moderates and independents didn't give dems a chance for the sake of extreme partisanship, radicalization, antisemitism, impeachment hysteria and non-stop Trump hate. They won't be fooled in 2020 again.

    Sure, I love full context:

Reporter: The neo-Nazis started this. They showed up in Charlottesville to protest —”
Trump: “Excuse me, excuse me. They didn’t put themselves — and you had some very bad people in that group, but you also had people that were very fine people on both sides. You had people in that group. Excuse me, excuse me. I saw the same pictures as you did. You had people in that group that were there to protest the taking down of, to them, a very, very important statue and the renaming of a park from Robert E. Lee to another name.”

“So interesting to see “Progressive” Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly..........and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how........it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!”

You forgot to add what he said next: shocking...

This is what President Trump said about those peaceful protestors: “You also had some very fine people on both sides. . . . You had people in that group that were there to protest the taking down of—to them—a very, very important statue and the renaming of a park from Robert E. Lee to another name.”

A few moments later, in case there would be any misunderstanding, he makes his meaning even more explicit. “…I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists. They should be condemned totally.”

I have never said trump was defending white Nationalists, he has condemned them several times.

    What’s your point?

Oh just trying to deflect, carry on.

Well said. The problem is that there is a lack of compromise everywhere. To me it looks like there is less inclination to work across the aisle from the Republican side. McConnell even prides himself on being called the Grim Reaper of legislation.

Nice sentiment from Biden, but in order to work across the aisle you have to be able to speak with people who are willing to compromise. I don't see many Rs in that category.

I get the impression that leading Democrats consider Trump supporters extremists.

Do you? There are an awful lot of them.

I don’t want to call anyone an extremist (an extremist to me is much worse than either side is really doing). But I do think that many — not all, maybe not even a majority, but many — trump supporters are giddy with the trolling and lies that he tells on a fairly continuous basis because they feel it is disparaging people they view as the enemy.

Much of what the Republican Party has said they represent has been completely abandoned to support trump with the blind ideology that some of them do. I thought it was fairly bad with Obama but it has seem to have exploded under the current administration.

It is most likely going to lead to both sides trying to get even with one another instead of enacting policies that actually benefit the average American citizen.
