I don't think they were married and yes they were having a disagreement and I believe he said she was cursing him. Equal rights.

That's it's wrong to take up spaces the disabled need violating the law.

It's all our business when someone is violating the law to help disabled persons, the woman should have simply put in it reverse and parked legally.

 

She was still his spouse, they lived together and had children together. No Drejka approached her cursing and yelling that is not a damn disagreement.

Superbad - after reflecting on the many posts in this thread I have come around to your way of thinking on this. If I was on the jury I would vote to convict. So for what is is worth, you have convinced at least one person here.

Agreed. When I thought more about this, I considered how I would react if someone approached my wife in a threatening manner.

 

He said he wasn't yelling and cursing and if she had done so accidentally she should have backed out it. You've been clear in defended illegal parking and an illegal physical assault 'nuff said.

The shooter was targeting the thug. If you were the thug/target why would you stand in front of the car and your beloved children and wife? To attract the gunfire to them?
Think it through.

 

In fact, everyone else in the video was able to get yards away before the shot was fired. Have you actually watched the video?

 

The shooter was the only thug in this equation. I hope he enjoys solitary, because he won't survive a week in gen-pop.

 

The thug stopped to wait for his victim to lower his gun. Would not have been long.
See how long you can stay in the position the shooter was in when he fired the shot.

 

Yes the shooter was assaulted. Yes the dead guy would have been arrested if the shooter had stopped at this point and left it to the police. But there is no way that being pushed to the ground justifies shooting and killing someone. What an absolutely horrible precedent that would be.

 

And the attacker had a history of battery and HE was the bomb that went off.

 

I have not hunted since childhood, but I do let hunters take deer from my woods.
They use bait and blinds and are always looking for more people who can use all the meat. The deer population is out of control. Freezers fill up fast.
