Oh I really have to laugh when you are naïve enough to think that Trump doesn’t use the Teleprompter. Not only does he use the Teleprompter but he reads it like a kid learning how to read and then when he goes off the Teleprompter he makes a total fool out of himself.sayingsuch stupid things .I guess you think Obama used a Teleprompter during the debates where people realized what an intelligent man with class was about. This disorganized speech does illustrate a problem, but not the one you are thinking of. Trump here (and elsewhere) violates the maxim "Put your mind in gear before you put your mouth in motion."

But the violation betrays a lack of discipline, not derangement. Otherwise he'd talk like this every time he opened his mouth, and everyone who knows him (not just liberals who hate him) would be alarmed. Talk to a schizophrenic and you'll see the difference.

If you watch his extended Q&A's in the summer heat with reporters, when that helicopter is whirring away, you won't hear any of that.

Schizophrenics speak in word salads, but not everyone who has a disorganized verbal delivery, or even a disorganized mind, is schizophrenic, or whatever the accusation du jour is.
