That fear over climate isn't still the main source of her pervasive, apparently unceasing (according to her whom I assume we should take at her word right?), anxiety?

Lots of people worry about things: most people do not have clinical anxiety disorder, or selective mutism at any age, nor do they starve themselves, nor do they have asperger's, nor OCD.

I think its special because she and her parents claim that it is. I'm simply taking her word for the symptoms she expresses stem from her own disorders. Should I not do that? Is she perhaps untrustworthy or something like that?
