I don't see where that is against the law. Biden was under investigation, and then the prosecutor was fired. Does that seem right? The president asked that the investigation be restarted. So what?

The impeachment process s expressly for removing an elected official from office who is abusing his officer. Criminal statutes or laws have nothing to do with it.
