The World Atlas is just giving information of what muslims believe. The World Atlas isn't a biblical source. If Islam is an Abrahamic religion, then why is there no prophesy in the Biblical Scriptures about Mohammed and Islam while there are numerous prophecies about the Messiah and Israel?

 

Prophecies about an anointed warrior king who would defeat Israel's enemies. Israel was destroyed by Titus and the Syrians, Egyptians and Arabs that fought under the Roman garrisons.

I thought we were talking about the Jewish expectation of the Messiah.. They anticipated an anointed warrior king who would crush their enemies. Jesus didn't do that even in the days of vengeance.

Stay on course here. I said the Jews and Christians agree that the Old Testament is authoritative Scripture about the story of Abraham. That's a fact.

 

I grew up in the Catholic religion where church authorities said women must cover their heads in church ...they didn't indicate any rules for men.

As to other religions, I don't intend to search them all so I don't know who specifically said it .....

If you want a specific person who made the rule, good luck with that....

And it can be edited by anyone to say anything, which is a waste of time in my opinion. Most college professors will not accept anything that is taken from wiki.

 

My professors accepted nothing that was not footnoted, and would accept nothing of Rolling Stone or the Berkeley Barb et al. Wiki will get you on the bloodhound trail, that's it, and there's bound to be some dead ends, as in all scholarship.
