It is all in the whistleblower's report. Just read all the way to the end including the appendix and you will see it for yourself.

    Here's my thoughts on the subject;

    1. The conversation in the transcript verges on a nod and wink but falls far short of any definitive proof, especially if the Ukrainians were unaware that their aid had been frozen, you can ask for a favour but it isn't quid pro quo if there are no consequences, no quo without quid..

    2. It seems perfectly reasonable for Trump to have concerns if the vice president of the United States had been involved in corruption and wanted foreign co-operation in investigating it. What's more, remember, Joe Biden is still not the DNC candidate so it seems absurd to say he was attacking his political opponent.

    3. It's hardly surprising that Trump seeks to have Giuliani and Barr directly deal with the Ukrainians etc as he is bedevilled by leaks and you look at the behaviour of the FBI over Hilarygate and Crossfire Hurricane?

Ultimately this isn't going anywhere but it's a canny move, drags Trump through the mud into the election year.

You cannot even handle reality. Nelson Mandela matched the very definition of a terrorist. It is of course one-sided and shows a hegative attitude when you cut his whole persona down to "he was a terrorist". Nevertheless it is true, there is no arguing about it, thats a fact, not opinion. You cannot handle it as you have shown above.

I of course on the other hand would never deny that Trump lied on many occasions. Would have to check his Twitter app if even today already.

A terrorist is someone who uses violence for political ends within a free and democratic society, apartheid South Africa was not that. The question was always what he wanted to replace it with?

Still NOT my problem if you believe the ongoing LIES of your BLOTUS while DENYING the factual reality that Mandela was on a par with our Founding Fathers when it came to fighting for the freedom and liberty of all.

A few days ago, 50 experts from an assortment of European Union countries started work on a broad program to improve the rule of law in Ukraine, offering on-the-spot advice on reforming the judiciary and law enforcement.

Perhaps most intriguingly, NATO has just announced that it’s setting up five trust funds to implement reform within the Ukrainian military. Instead of simply transferring money to the existing military establishment (which has a long history of malfeasance), the trust fund structure will allow donors to push for change while maintaining control over the resources involved

Sorry as a matter of fact the prosecutor in question was one of the corrupt officers in question.

Are you saying there is not testimony under oath by the fired (he resigned at the request of the President) countering the 'official' narrative?

And why is this the story we choose to believe? There is no question that there was corruption at Burisma and that Americans were involved. Who is in the best position to look under the rocks? Probably the government in Ukraine would be my guess. Is anybody looking into it since this guy got canned or does it work the same way a suicide does?

You have to roll on the floor laughing given the history of Trump the very repeat very king of dubious PREMISES and his followers with special note of Trump and gang trying to sell the idea that Obama was not born on US soil for example.

I do not think it was funny at the time and it have not gotten any more funny over time an it does high light the morals and lack of morals of our current president.

Of course threatening the possibility of civil war if he is removed from office by the congress is far worst.

The left doesn't know much about President Trump and what he has accomplished because they never get out of the fiction section of the library. That's where their talking points are kept current.

Obama's mother was a US citizen so it doesn't matter if Obama was born in Omaha or on a slow boat to China.

You still got Republicans that are too loyal to Trump and it would be real hard to impeach Trump. If Trump were to find out if there were any of his loyal Republicans on the side of the Democrats, Uh Oh! Watch out there! Trump is out to ruin those who go against him.

    Yep.
"The president must "take care that the laws be faithfully executed." This clause in the Constitution imposes a duty on the president to enforce the laws of the United States and is called the Take Care Clause, also known as the Faithful Execution Clause or Faithfully Executed Clause".

In fact it is not there in he conversation between the President and the Ukrainian leader., which is why you cannot quote it. Leftists are always long on beliefs but short on facts.

Nancy was even pushing for impeachment before the Ukrainian conversation was released.

What does any of this have to do with Joe Biden having the Ukrainian prosecutor fired for examining the goings on of the company which was paying his son upwards of $50,000 a month?

The history goes back to the NY Times in 2015 and could have been looked at during the Obama Administration., https://thehill.com/opinion/campaig...-memos-cast-doubt-on-joe-bidens-ukraine-story
