I thought the issue was foreign intervention in our elections? Why the hairsplitting?

This is what the Senate Republicans should have done back on November 9th, 2016.

It looks more like a Democrat conspiracy to impeach Donald Trump the day after the election.

The Democrats put all their money on the Mueller witch hunt and that was a big loser.

Now instead of Russia Russia Russia it's Ukraine Ukraine Ukraine.

    Another long shot.

It’ll all be made public when they are done talking to witnesses.

this is standard procedure for the investigation process in these committees, same happened under the Benghazi investigation, if the Committee finds anything, it will move to a more public setting

this is the rules, republicans want to change the rules now, don't worry, once this bipartisan comittee gets done with the initial witnesses interviews, they will hold public sessions, requestion witnesses, ect...

and after that, the Senate will do so again

I like how republicans are not comparing Trump to Nixon as that is the closest example of a President in history to this one

No you wouldn't. You can't understand that it's not good for the investigation to have potential witnesses hear previous testimony? Please, stop being disingenuous. Of course I don't trust politicians either - from either side. But, this petulant kicking and screaming about process is idiotic. All will come out if anything meaningful is to come of this.

yes, not for and by Trump

and yes, this is a bipartisan committee of both republican and democrats, not a democrat only committee, don't believe the propaganda from the Trump supporters

trump does it on a regular basis.
    With his base anyway.

It seems to work well on moderates however.
I love when someone says “he didn’t say that” — here is video. “Omg, he said that”

Boom, three less trump voters so far.

It is a very inept attempt to nullify one election and rig another one.

You are incorrect. They will only make public that which justifies their abuse of power. Lacking classified information, there is no reason for clandestine meetings.

You are incorrect. This is not the standard process. Benghazi involved classified information.
