There is no right to privacy in public. Or on the internet. The 5th amendment is not weakened by the government being able to prove everyone without any doubt guilty of a crime if they commit one.

After all, you can live in your car, your papers are in your car, and your person is in the car. And they have continually upheld that over the decades. Not to mention sending everyone a text with your personal details? Do you want to get rid of all the extension to Rights to Privacy that we have had over the last two centuries? Because part of that extension is in doctor and lawyer confidentiality, just because they're not strictly in the Constitution? Amendment 28 No non resident of a state shall donate money to any politician or election within the state, and no non resident of a state shall be permitted to donate cases against said state in federal court, and all groups or organisations shall be prohibited from filing a in court against any state but in the state where they are registered.

This protects the separate sovereignty of the states.

 

SCOTUS already has ruled the storage requirements to be unconstitutional. It has also ruled that we have an individual right to keep and bear arms. No ballot proposal can take away a basic human right legitimately.

 

You have to load every bullet in a magazine separately. There is no real difference. Some revolvers are loaded by clips, in which 2-6 rounds of ammunition are loaded at once.
