You do realize that we have prisons full of people who do not want to follow laws. Does the concept that criminals are lawless by their very nature. Every single thing you propose will only make it difficult on the law abiding. I propose that we first enforce the laws on the books. Every single person that fails the background check should be investigated, right now less than 1% are investigated and almost none are charged. And strawpurchers should be fully prosecuted.

 

That is what judges do, they will give you a warrant if you present evidence regardless of how it was obtained. You don't even need a warrant if its red handed.
