Like I said, there will be a blood bath. The blood will be from self inflected wounds to leftist liberal socialist ****Wits.

    And I will rejoice!

Maybe. The trend lines are all going the Dems way. The impeachment inquiry is popular, Trump is deeply unpopular, Pelosi is Speaker again, Kentucky has a brand new Democrat governor, and Virginia is solidly blue.

No matter what happens, the House is almost certainly going to stay Blue, so I can put up with Trump for another four years, if need be. Nothing will get done, and I don't care about the judges he's appointing. I would prefer liberal judges, but I think anyone who gets to the level of a federal judge is probably not a moron or nutjob and is going to do a fairly good job.

The popular vote matters because Presidents come into office with a certain amount of political capital. Trump, by virtue of losing to Clinton, had no mandate, and therefore no political capital. He could not get anything through the Republican Congress except an unpopular tax cut.

You would have been more correct with the Sovietsky Soyuz. Georgia was one of the 15 constituate republics of the USSR. As you may be aware Putin is doing everything he can to put the Sovietsky Soyuz back together. He needs to be stopped.

If you IDGAF, why did you bring up the polling situation regarding Clinton? I assume there was some point you were trying to make. What was it?

There are a lot of things in the Bible people convienently ignore. Have you ever read "The Year of Living Biblically"?

Nonsense, change the EC if you don't like it.

Silly me, I thought Trump was POTUS.

No doubt it isn't popular with the Dem base that pays no taxes. The rest of us will take the great economy it created.

Not really, the notion that sodomy is AOK is a recent 'discovery' among some 'Christians'.

No, the "left wing" has not always been for a serial adulterer who has sex with hookers right after his wife has a baby.

I think your idea of "Sexual Revolution" is skewed...

I did think the right was for "family values"...which obviously mean nothing to them anymore...

Yes but the ' margerine " of error is 4.6% ... so it is a greassy slope.

Just OK with the rapist Clinton, who used his position of authority in the WH, much like JFK had hookers in the WH.

    We aren't voting for pastor.

I wouldn't go that far. I didn't think Americans would be willing to vote for a black man as president nearly as soon as they did. But people overlook several things about Buttigieg in addition to being a homosexual.

    1) He would be the youngest president ever.
    2) His main current electoral achievement has been elected as mayor of South Bend, Indiana. A medium sized city in a medium sized state, known mainly for being the home of Notre Dame university. In short there is very little distinctive in his background.

    3) In many ways Buttigieg is a moderate by Democratic Party standards. And right now other than Biden the DP is more interested in liberal firebrands.

I don't think being gay is going to matter all that much. Is there a Democrat who's going to say, "well, I hate Trump with the intensity of a thousand white-hot suns, but I can't vote for this gay guy"?

Let's say being gay costs Buttigieg 5 hidden points of support. That still puts him only a couple points behind Trump. In Georgia, of all places.

There aren't a lot of things in the Bible people ignore? You're seriously going to claim that? Do I have to post a list of all the Biblical things we don't do anymore?
