If you served under the Clinton's you might have been asked to serve in uniform waiting tables at a White House dinner early in the Clinton administration. And if you think this didn't happen ask around.

 

Look, Even as CIC, running the military, Trump does not put on the uniform of a General of maybe 6 stars. Would you like him in a military uniform? Well it was explained that Vindman wears a suit on his job. And there is nothing wrong with him wearing his uniform, I do not believe he is forced to by the Army.

 

LTC Vindman has earned the right to wear his uniform anytime and any place he so desires. You don't also reach the rank of LTC by being inept.

Actually the way it works is Captain is the last sort of beginning rank. Major is next as a Field Officer. This means he commands many more than a Captain commands. A Captain can command perhaps 300 men. A Major can handle more. But a Lt. Col can command maybe 1800 men. But he still has not become a Col. The Col is next to a 1 star General.

 

Not much at all. And if I were Trump, before I opened my mouth, I'd check.

Watching the Vindman testimony all I can say is he really Bitch slapped the Republicans who would try to demean, belittle or discredit him. Other witnesses should take note.
