Pelosi and Schiff are hell bent on trying to impeach President Trump on quid pro quo.

Yet both Bernie and Warren say if they are elected president they will withhold aid to Israel, if Israel doesnt change their position on Gaga. This is a clear cut example of quid pro quo.

What is Pelosi's and Schiff's position on this fact???

Clearly another two faced position by democrats!!!!!!

Why have you missed out the relevant and significant info about personal advantage?

Not to mention Senators Leahy (D-Vt.), Durbin (D-Ill.), and Menendez (D-N.J.) who implied some blackmail against Ukraine for what they deemed was lack of cooperation with Mueller's investigation of Trump.

Sorry you don't understand what's going on. What trump was wanting in exchange for the money was something FOR PERSONAL GAIN which is illegal for the president to do. Certainly in worldly matters there's a lot of tit for tat. This was not a worldly matter. It was a matter to benefit trump personally.

Quid pro pro to benefit the country: No problem.

Quid pro quo for personal gain: Corruption.

No, they are hell bent on trying to impeach Tump on an INDECENT quid pro quo. There would be no scandal whatsoever if Trump hadn't mentioned Biden to Zelenski. The mention of Biden is the only thing that started this whole thing. Without it, even Democrats wouldn't have seen any issue with the call.

If an investigation revealed Biden as corrupt, wouldn't that benefit the country?

If an investigation revealed Biden as corrupt, wouldn't that benefit the country as well as Trump?

Do you think that making aid conditional is bribery?

Why was it guaranteed to be EXCLUSIVELY personal gain? And Biden isn't even the nominee.

So why wasn't Obama impeached for a quid pro quo? Where were the Democrats?

In Trump's case, you can make the argument that he wanted Ukraine to investigate corruption of the family of a man who happens to be running for president, so there is some gray area, some nuance, especially since it falls under the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters treaty. The same cannot be said for the above clip. This is all faux outrage. What is truly outrageous is that American taxpayers are once again footing the bill for these partisan ventures.

The biggest difference btween Quid Pro Quo and bribery is most people already understand bribery.

Biden is his chief rival...and there is no national interest served in ANNOUNCING a bogus investigation or pushing a debunked bit of Russian propaganda (that Ukraine not Russia hacked the 2016 election)

Bribery always has a QPQ as part of it.

QPQ is not necessarily illegal. Bribery is

Corrupt people should be brought to justice, right?

Why is bribery limited to personal gain?

How do you know that announcing it is ALL that Trump wanted? How do you know that he didn't want an actual investigation to happen?
