Whether you want to admit it or not, the real fail is the redneck, Iowa farmer. He has become iconic on the left for just how stupid Iowa farmers are. Joe Biden was a United States Senator for 38 years and Vice President of the United States for eight years. Most people in Talkeetna, Alaska or in the most remote parts of Newfoundland or the Northwest territories know who Joe Biden is.

From my perspective, and that of most people on the left, this farmer is seen as being representative of the shear ignorance and lack of basic knowledge of U.S. government and that people living in rural, 'red' states like Iowa, are as dumb as rocks as we always thought they were, if we're judging all of them from the ignoramus in this diner who didn't know who Joe Biden is. It justifies the reasons they voted for Trump. They don't read, they don't research, and they don't pay enough attention to U.S. policies or politics to realize they stupidly voted for a glitzy New York racketeer/television personality. Of course farmers such as this dumb-ass know exactly when their entitlement farm bailout check will be in the mail, that's all they care about.

That possibility of this man simply 'not caring' who Joe Biden is was eliminated by his own words. Biden came practically to his table yet he didn't take his eyes off the game being broadcast on television.

Journalist Natasha Korecki asked him if he was not a Biden fan, the man replied: “Who?” The reporter said, “The former vice president,” but the man said he had never heard of him, adding, “Are you serious?”

When the journalist, added that Joe Biden had been Barack Obama’s vice president, he said, “Ohhhhhhh. I’m not an Obama fan. This is Republican country.”

So you see, this man had no idea who Joe Biden was, because as he said, it's 'Republican country' and obviously people such as he in the Midwest don't pay any attention to U.S. politics unless there's a Republican sitting in the White House.

If anyone believes that people such as this man, in the Midwest, farm country, cares to know any of the facts or details of the impeachment hearings, that's like expecting the moon to turn into a fine Camembert cheese.
