Apparently you have no understanding of separation of powers or that congress could have filed in a court of law to force the administration to oblige the house with it's subpoena's. Similar to what happen to Obama during the fast and furious. They did not follow the proper legal process so there was no crime committed. But thanks for once again pointing out, no crime was listed.

However, they never listed bribery or extortion as part of crimes committed in their articles of impeachment. Why would they exclude these charges from the articles?

Wire fraud, tax fraud, defrauding a charity, witness intimidation, obstruction, emoluments violations, bribery, election interference, conspiracy with the Senate, sedition...
Him just stiffing contractors alone is a crime.

    1) There is no per se "statutory crime" needed for Impeachment.

    ^And, Everybody KNOWS that.

    2) Your suggestion of "going to court" to compel compliance with subpoenas would've just ended up in the SCOTUS (which as of now are a group of Trump Rubber Stamp Puppets).

^Yet ANOTHER RW "Narrative" shot down.

    You're Welcome.:salute:

"Bribery"... really? Is your case so weak that you Leftists are going to try to push "bribery" again? WHAT bribery? WHO was bribed? Got any witnesses to money being handed over to anyone, or to 'favors' being done?!

Unless you can produce EVIDENCE of this in the Senate, your people are going to be laughed out onto the street! Just hope that after the laughing dies down that they aren't forced to run down that same street for their lives! Do you have any idea how disgusted and FURIOUS many people are with the America-hating, radical-Left now? And this hatred will only grow.... :steamed:

Where are those in the articles of impeachment? None of what you listed is in the articles of impeachment. Obstruction is but they list no actual crimes associated with obstruction. As I mentioned before, separation of powers allows for the executive office to have the house file a court ruling for the executive branch to adhere to the subpoena's. They never filed an action.

    1) You are the ONLY one to actually state there was NO crimes in the articles of impeachment. Thank you.

    2) Obama did the exact same thing with the Fast and Furious case and it was a democrat majority.

You've not shot anything down. You've merely verified my claim that no crime was in the articles. Again, thank you.

You said no crime has been committed, there have been numerous — many before his presidency.
I do not believe crimes committed out of office can be included.

Actually, they cannot adjudicate bribery as it's not part of the articles of impeachment and Trump was never charged with it. At least that is my understanding.

What I said and have said in every response is that they never listed crimes in the articles of impeachment and that is a fact. Both Clinton and Nixon's articles of impeachment listed statutory crimes committed within their articles of impeachment.

    So what?

So they did in those cases...

    BUT, It WASN'T a "Requirement".

Is that so difficult to fathom?

Yeah, we can see how the 'national emergency' was a lie and now Pelosi is playing games.

All you are pointing out is that Democrats are indeed corrupt beyond repair.

"We are seeing a surge in ignorance among American voters, or a surge in Communist influence....perhaps both"
    Source unknown...but believable

I never made a claim it was a requirement of impeachment. I'm merely stating that there are NO CRIMES listed in the articles of impeachment as many here are claiming there is. That's a false narrative!

US v Lovett. Hugo Black (the LW luvs him - klan member, racist, etc.) wrote for the majority:
"legislative acts, no matter what their form, that apply either to named individuals or to easily ascertainable members of a group in such a way as to inflict punishment on them without a judicial trial are bills of attainder prohibited by the Constitution."

I surmise it's your position that the President has fewer Rights than any other citizen? Risible. :roflol: The gubbermint DOES NOT have the right to impune someone's character without redress.

Now, let's hear your asinine argument. :nana: Eh, don't bother. No one cares.
