The only way they can garner support is by promising the end of the world whenever a Republican makes a decision.

Trump is certainly going to have to put on his big boy pants now and learn real fast about diplomacy if he is going to maintain relations with Iraq.

You don't seem to consider the potential consequences of inaction.

Similarly, Iraq is certainly going to have to put on his big boy pants now and learn real fast about diplomacy if it is going to maintain relations with the US..

It would be more accurate if you used the Joker, not Death. Iran couldn't beat a dead pig to death, for more reasons than one.

If we leave Iraq, completely, Iraq will cease to exist and will fall into a perpetual state of civil war. Then they will blame everyone and everything they can on all the violence in their country with no hope at all of forming a successful, sovereign nation. They are simply just not capable of governing properly. We gave them every opportunity and every chance at success. They are a failure.

I would if I had the intelligence in front of me and the list of recommendations given to Bonespurs.

Ah. -You- are ignorant of the particulars.
How then do you know that Trump has not considered the potential consequences of the action he took?

not when our foreign policy revolves around them. I am a vietnam vet who goes to the VFW and amvets posts not exactly bastions of liberal thought and very few members think we should be there. Who are these people who think we should be there? Besides a few nut jobs that want to kill everybody who does not agree with our foreigh policy, I don't know anyone who wants to be there. so why are we there?

Trump does not think we should be there and made it a cornerstone of his election bid. Obama screwed the pock big time by not including Iran's support for military type groups outside on Iran as part of that agreement. And now Trump it is in trumps lap and with Trump having less to give after Obama's concessions. But to pull out of it and plunge Iran into fiscal crisis is not the way to get them to play ball. All he did was get their back up.

    I wouldn't count on that.

Trump has as much of a chance of learning "real fast about diplomacy" as Peter Dinklage has of learning "real fast" to dunk basketball.

Trump (obviously) lacks the Mental Capacity to even comprehend something as nuanced as "diplomacy".

    In comparison to Trump...
...even the Most Feeble-Minded Leaders in the World are playing 5D Chess...
...compared to the IMBECILE Trump's Game of Pre-School Checkers...

Trump is a DiSGRACE to the World Stage.

So are you, unless you're receiving intelligence briefings.

Terrible post, dude. Nonsensical, in fact.

I don't know if Bonespurs made the right call because I don't know what was laid out in front of him. It might be a gutsy good decision, and it might not be.,

Do you say that to your military? You do know that Australia is part of the Multi National Force in Iraq, don’t you?

Yeah, but that is their problem. If we had smart leadership the USA would have never made it our problem. So turn it back to them. Always put America First.

The Saddam family still brutally ruling and torturing their citizens would have been best for the USA.

    And hated
It did not work out well for them
... or for that matter for that Iranian general

No, they'll blame the US and pretend Iraq was a prosperous wealthy nation prior to the US occupation.

Just like Democrats are pretending Africa and South America arent shitholes.

Tough to argue they wouldn't be a superpower right now had they stopped with mainland Europe.

They will begin to erect statues in his honor at the spots where George Washington once stood.

The only reason it didn't work out for the Nazis was that Hitler didn't delegate authority to military leaders who were better educated in military science and who would have made better, smarter decisions than Hitler.

    Micromanaging.
