My chips were on Bernie in 2016, and I supported the grassroots movement that led to his current rise in American politics. His ideas are really sound once he has fully explained how they will be paid for in full. Those who are still skeptical need to listen to Berne talk away from the media circuits or on the debate stage where his explanations are limited. He has an excellent interview on the Joe Rogan Experience for a little over an hour. Andrew Yang has also appeared on the podcast.

I think Bernie will give us a healthcare system similar to Germany's or France's, which the latter has a lower infant mortality rate than the US due to its healthcare system. France also is considered to have one of the best healthcare programs. Germany charges $50 per ambulance ride. Bernie shows the same signs Obama showed in 2007 and 2008 regarding potential for being the 46th President of the United States. The stock market doesn't matter when most Americans are not putting $10k into stocks to enjoy the benefits regularly.

I know plenty who work two jobs on a regular basis to make ends meet due to landlords having the pleasure to jack up rent whenever they please. A third job even. That income inequality is proof Americans are not any better since Trump took office.

Biden is going to be another Hillary Clinton, a establishment nominee with no enthusiasm for millennials and Gen Z voters who know climate change (i.e. Australia wildfires) isn't a hoax and vaccines don't cause Autism. Bernie gives me hope over the other candidates currently in the race.

Of the four real players the two mentioned above. and Warren and Buttigieg, I think Bernie is my last choice, but of course I will vote for any of them in the general election. I am watching the debates closely to see of I think Biden is having some cognitive loss. His debate performances have been improving so I am not as worried as I was after the first two.

This is quite entertaining. The violent left fringe has forced Pelosi's hand to impeach Trump. Pelosi goes through the motions and holds the articles until an opportune moment. The violent fringe applauds Pelosi for her brilliance. Of course, the violent left fringe, who agrees with you about Biden, doesn't realize that Senators cannot campaign during an impeachment trial. I expect Pelosi to hold the articles to get next week's debate in, but if she launches them later in the week, half the field will be stuck in the Senate trial, giving Biden a landslide in Iowa.

The radical leftists will have begun the process of cooking their own geese.

Of all the candidates i think Bernie has the best intentions, i just think he is dead wrong and is incredibly dangerous for America.

I don’t trust Bernie exactly because it seems like he has no plan for paying for all the none sense he wants. Maybe I’ll watch his Rogan interview to see if he actually does have a plausible explanation. But I am skeptical. He kind of sounds like a raging idiot. My current picks in order of priority are Buttigieg, Sanders and Warren.

I think that Bernie is where the core of the Democratic Party is. Him and Warren. Of those who get into the Democratic ideology, Bernie and Warren are where it is headed, where the energy is. He has received donations from more people than any other politician in American history.

There is a good chance that four Senate seats could flip blue in 2020. This would allow Bernie to achieve Johnson like advancements.

I am guessing that Buttigieg or Klobuchar will be his Vice President in order to balance out the ticket with someone younger.

The debates between Sanders and Trump are sure to be lively. It won’t be a fair fight though, as in a battle of wits, Trump is woefully under armed.

    Good for you.

As long as you understand that if Bernie fails to get the Nom., that you have to vote (D) to Stop Trump.

More power to you and Bernie.

    Bernie DOES have a "path"...

    BUT, Biden is STILL...WAY Ahead...

Because of S. Carolina and Super Tuesday.

Bernie has been giving away free stuff all his life. Free stuff paid for by hard working citizens. And Bernie is always first in line for the free stuff. He has done quite well financially for never having held a job. Bernie could never run a company but he thinks he can run the country. I just wish Bernie would go away and enjoy his full senate pay in retirement.

You've already started, elevating Steyer to the debate stage puts fire front and center. Steyer, who made his first fortune investing in coal, is now shaking down greenies for cash to clean up the mess he made. How do you like his Australia wildfires? Australia skyrocketed his coal investments. Feel proud of your party for selling a podium in your debate to Coal.

When all is said and done the nominee is going to be Warren, because the DNC has been begging her to run for many years and because Biden is obviously senile at this point and Sanders is a blatant socialist in a nation that is not -- yet -- fully ready to go that route. So it's going to be Warren. Buttigieg is simply a politically correct . . . joke.

No, the core is not Bernie and Warren. The hard left will never be the core.

The hard Left just stampeded the Dem Party leadership into impeaching a president via blatantly partisan proceedings, invented charges, and a strictly partisan vote and all this despite the leadership knowing that this is going to result in a hard political blow-back for the Party in 2020. Thus it is now a fact that the hard Left has taken control the Dem Party.

The formula for success isn't a flat object, it is a multi-faceted one. Any fool (and I AM speaking about Bernie) who fails to consider the entire range of things is destined to lose. Wouldn't matter what they tried to do- if it required consideration of multiple factors, it would be beyond their capacity to manage it. Bernie is nothing more than a pied-piper for socialist views that appeal to people who feel breathing qualifies them to feed off the rest of the world, like a tick on a dog. Bernie tells them that this does not make them parasites, it makes them righteous...

And if you look at Bernies life history, you can see he has always been a tick. A self-righteous tick that wants to improve the image of himself by convincing others to do the same thing. Has no vision beyond that.

How many Americans could stomach living that way?

If you want Trump to win, nominate Sanders.

This is coming from someone who doesn't want Trump to win.

Objectivity is a good thing - you should try it sometime. Partisan blindness is not a good thing - but, it is something you are fond of.

I think that come November 4th, no matter which Democrat is running, we will be celebrating a new president. In some districts, an old moldy shoebox would stand a better chance than Trump.
