When it is so unusual as to be noteworthy (and thread-worthy) when the mainstream media actually reports something positive about Trump, then that level of bias is yugely problematic.

Some people here seem to prefer their news that way ---- spun to their liking, and with Trump always painted as the bad guy ---- but the rest of us can see thru the bias and propaganda and would prefer to hold our news media to a higher standard. It shouldn't be surprising to see an honest story come out of the mainstream media ---- it should be the norm.

 

What does he do that's positive?

 

You think Trump goes to bed every night alone thinking how he hasn't gotten laid in 3 years. No way he wants to get re-elected, he won't so much as sniff vagina till 2025.

 

Which is shocking because 97% to 100% of what Trump does is ****ing insane.

 

You're also jumping to conclusions and missing (or wilfully ignoring) the nuances of what I'm saying. The core implication of what you're saying is that the media is biased if it doesn't report 50% positive stories about anyone, regardless of who they are or what they do. The fact is that news in general isn't 50% positive (unfortunately) and no politician does 50% positive newsworthy things (if only because part of their job is to make the impossible decisions we don't want to).

None of this is to say that the media isn't disproportionately negative towards Trump but it also isn't to say that Trump doesn't do and say lots of negative things. Just looking at the raw percentage of types of coverage doesn't give the full picture.

The media spotlighted sh*tty Schiff and his “I have proof Trump colluded with the Russians” for years. The media definitely does SPECIFICALLY MISREPRESENT.

 

How about family values of all races? You always hear children saying yes sir, no sir, please and thank you. How about Christianity? You always see families, even though not well off, dressed in their Sunday best being thankful for what they do have.
