That was what the investigation was for. Now they are whining to have the Senate subpoena witnesses when they didn't. If they are so afraid to present their evidence then there is no case.

So I'm going to have to throw your own words in your face again. Ok.

You said "You have zero legal bonafides in my mind, so quote something for this bit of drivel."

Thb subject was this shady cow. Now you have the evidence she did lie under oath. Going to admit your mistake now?

Prove they misquoted her. Go ahead Legal. We both know you can't. Again. Just another sloppy attempt to thwart the subject matter by attacking the source with zero evidence they got anything wrong.

I'll quote it again since you are clearly having trouble reading.

During questioning, former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch admitted the Obama White House spent time briefing her on how to respond to congress if questions about Hunter Biden and Burisma were raised. Obviously, that demonstrates concern in the Obama administration.

Yet in her opening statement, she wrote:

“I have never met Hunter Biden, nor have I had any direct or indirect conversations with him. And although I have met former Vice President Biden several times over the course of our many years in government, neither he nor the previous Administration ever raised the issue of either Burisma or Hunter Biden with me.

If she spent time being briefed about how to respond to congress about Hunter Biden the issue was raised.

She lied. And once again you can't admit your mistake.

Hell of a defense of hiding evidence lol
The house should have gotten the evidence were hiding so we wouldn’t have to keep hiding it in the senate. Why is trump hiding all this evidence that would exonerate him? let them use the senate to continue the coverup. The American people see through it.

The House dem clown show should have done their job. They didn’t. Now they are whining for a do-over in the Senate.

awww, rules are hurting your feelings again? lol

Democrats in the House can pretty much shove it after the nonsense they pulled. What a bunch of disgraceful "Americans".

Maybe they can ask for a recount on the 2016 election or maybe the 2020 election since they have conceded that as well.

They did their job. They found enough to impeach. Senate needs to do theirs. Why is trump so afraid of the evidence?

You mean they don't have enough evidence to prove their case in the Senate so basically they didn't have enough evidence to impeach.

They already impeached so obviously they had the evidence. Now it’s up to the senate to do its due diligence. Trial or cover up, it’s up to the senate.

The house did not subpoena Bolton but now want the Senate to do that.

With such a dem clown show and totally partisan vote because they had the seats means they didn't have to prove anything so now, after not doing their job during the investigation, they want the Senate to do the House's job.

They did their job. Now it’s time for the senate to do theirs. Surely you want a non partisan acquittal right? Will trump be acquitted on purely partisan lines? Sad!

They didn't subpoena Bolton to get evidence so now want the Senate to do the House's job. Since this whole thing from the start has been partisan started by the dem clown show don't be surprised this will also not be bipartisan.

That was the House's job and Trump does not have to prove innocence, the dem clown show has to prove guilt.

I love how everything you whine about you also cheer the senate doing the same. Why even pretend this is anything but a coverup?

So release the docs and embarrass them....or just embrace the coverup. I’m sure a coverup is never worse than the actual crime.

Basically Roberts is there as a Timekeeper. To keep order.
No Talking will be allowed.Judge Reinquest felt his time
during the Clinton Impeachment was predictably boring.

You just want the Senate to pick up the poop by the clean end. The House impeachment was seriously flawed and now the dems are continuing their clown show in the Senate.

So the House should have done their job, they didn't and are now stuck with the crap sandwich they created.

Then the witnesses will make the dems look stupid. Or they can cover it up. Which one helps trump more?

Cover up or witnesses. Those are the choices. Seems easy if there is nothing there....but if there is? That’ll suck for trump.

You know what they say... Nothing says “solemn” and “somber” like fist bumps and signing celebrations with souvenir pens.
