Like 70% of Americans want witnesses, if the senate doesn’t call them, we know why.

Nope. Subpoena's like all past impeachment investigations. The house wanted impeachment by Christmas so did not follow process and do their job. Sucks to be so bad at this.

You mean the House. That was their job. Now they don't think they have enough evidence for the trial and want a do-over.

Separation of powers. It's in the constitution the left appears not to be familiar with.

In Short McConnell outplayed Schumer who feels he is so
doggone New York City Schmartz.Schumer was smart to expect
the MSM and Press would never let out the fact that The Most
    Disgraced Congressman in the last half century { Anthony Weiner }
aka " Carlos Danger " was tutored on how to play dirty politics
    by his mentor Charles Schumer.

Easy to impeach someone with little to no evidence on a purely party line vote when you have the seats.

So congress has no right to executive docs or testimony? That’s how it is now?

That was supposed to happen during the investigation. The dem clown show impeached a President based on inference, hearsay, and presumption but zero evidence. Was it wise to do such a thing on a purely party line vote? History will not be kind.

No it wasn’t. Every impeachment includes new evidence, just like indictments aren’t all the evidence that will be presented at trial. Keep pretending, but there’s only one reason to hide the evidence.

They have a right to go to court to decide if they get to breach separation of powers but the dem clown show wanted impeachment by Christmas so avoided doing what they were supposed to do,.

Everyone knows why people hide evidence. And it’s not because they’re innocent. Hillary didn’t wipe her server to hide all the yoga emails lol

For example, how Obama and Kerry were so up-front about
    the Iran Nuclear Deal.?
Imagine giving The Number One Terrorist supporting Country in the
Middle East $ 150 Billion. And trying to make it appear as if a good thing.
Trump had to fix that also. And Did.

For example will trump be the first president impeached who’s trial had no witnesses? That’d be very revealing.

Up until the House voted on an impeachment inquiry their subpoena's did not carry a penalty for non-compliance. That is why Schiff for brains issued requests instead of subpoena's. Throughout the process, Speaker Pelosi lied about the committee letters being legally enforceable subpoenas. The compliant media never reported Pelosi's fraud.

There is an elevated level of subpoena, a power made possible by SCOTUS precedent, that carries inherent penalties for non-compliance, and is specifically allowed for impeachment investigations. However, that level of elevated House authority required a full House authorization vote, and only applies to the House Judiciary Committee as empowered. If you remember the House Judiciary only held one day of testimony and not any fact witnesses and issued no subpoenas.

The only way the House could have issued subpoena's was if they had voted on an inquiry and if the Judiciary committee issued subpoena's which would have given the House subpoena power that would overcome executive privilege. SCOTUS decided that during Nixon.

So through this whole clown show the House never followed process or precedent.

Absent a penalty for non-compliance, which factually makes a subpoena a ‘subpoena’, the Executive Branch had no process to engage an appellate review by federal courts. This was not accidental. This was the purposeful trick within the Pelosi/Lawfare road-map.

Pelosi created an illusion of something that did not exist.

They could not have the Judicial branch deconstructing their impeachment arguments. So they avoided the courts.

No, the house does not get a do-over.
