Lol at the choices in your poll. I support him because I support most of his policies. He hasn’t gotten us into WW3 like Hillary would have. I don’t agree with the policies of his opponents. Where are those choices in your poll?
Great answers, so many really good ones to pick from I just can't choose I support him because every time he craps on Obama's legacy an angel gets his wings.
I see someone learned polling strategies from CNN. Give me a "Because what Trump offers me is so much better than the Democrat alternative" option, and maybe I'll take this dumb poll half seriously.
You support the Democrats because -I was brainwashed in my Angry Feminist Dance Theory doctorate program to believe that everything they say is the gospel truth - I don't believe that Socialism is a problem, even though it's ALWAYS a colossal failure - They say things that are far crazier than could ever exist in reality because of the laws of physics, physiology, biology and economics - I don't care what they say or do, as long as they demolish the American economy, and bring everyone down to my own bitter and miserable brokeass level - They are fighting a war for illegal alien criminals. War is war. - I am knowingly supporting batsh!t Socialist insanity Feel free to pick all that apply.
Like draining the swamp and putting in donors lobbyists? Mexico paying for the wall? Growth at 6%+? Releasing his tax returns? Fixing healthcare? Bringing back world respect for America? Paying off the deficit? Getting us out of the ME? Locking HER up? Are you referring to any of these?
More like the law of physics. Every hysterical left-wing poll gets an equal and opposite reaction. Creasy's poll is simple (and funny) parody.
I think the poll is missing a few answers. For example, where's the option where you just really hate cute kittens, and would like to smash them to death with your iron fist?
I'm kind of loving this thread....even if it should have been posted in the Humor and Satire section.
What an idiotic slew of 'poll' questions. No wonder I couldn't find even one of them to vote for! You might have included just ONE choice that said something like, "I support Trump because there isn't even ONE Democrat running who makes any practical sense to the RATIONAL MIDDLE-CLASS AMERICAN CITIZEN!" To you on the Left, we Conservatives are all a bunch of goose-stepping Nazis and racists who want to destroy the Earth and everything that lives on it! What a pantload -- cooked up and served by America-hating Leftists who have turned so many of the rest of you into welfare-sucking 'useful idiots', forever totally dependent on government for everything! *** You'd be surprised to find out that if Democrats could find just ONE candidate who had any common sense, any understanding of what an ECONOMY actually is, any consistent belief in that principle that "you get what you EARN", or any of the other little lessons that life teaches us as we grow out of youthful, stupid hubris into practical adult reality, then defeating Donald Trump next November could be astonishingly EASY! *** Hint: find just one Democrat candidate who actually supports the Constitution of the United States, without reservation, exactly as it is written! Bottom line -- a lot of Conservatives don't support Trump because we're in love with him or a lot of his policies. NO... we support him only because everything we see in the radical, America-hating Democrat Party today is just so gut-bucket, god-awful much WORSE!
I voted for Trump because the alternative was Hillary Clinton. I will vote for Trump again because he dismisses political correctness and places America first. I am impressed by his courage. His glaring shortcomings aside, he is nearer to old fashioned American values than anyone or doctrine on the left. I also see that his children are educated, polite, and hard working. It is also a plus that his Son hunts and his Daughter is fine. I get Trumps humor and character and close my eyes to his shortcomings because as the scripture guides us, charity covereth a multitude of sins. And finally, just because the left fashions itself as our salvation, we do not revere Trump as such, no matter how much the left in all its jealous rage spits fire and indignation at our presumption to think and choose for ourselves.
I support Trump for the courts, but that sort of reasoning is quickly being overshadowed by how much I enjoy watching him make liberals cry...
Me too! I even had to read it twice. SMH I know it's a strange concept to many people on the left but normal people don't vote one way or the other because they don't like someone's hair or their skin color, whether it's black, white or orange. People who vote in that way shouldn't be allowed to vote at all. Most normal people vote on POLICY!
Because he is the POTUS and now the present leader of this country, no other alternative but to support him but sometimes remind him if he makes mistakes.
Why mention it ? You support Trump, according to democrat mindset, you probably love hugo boss black clothing.
I'm not a party animal, probably fall into the category of a swing voter who votes the candidates and not the party. Do I support Trump, not really. Although I supported somethings he has done and opposed others. Just like every other president in my life time. I did the same for Obama, for G.W., for Bill Clinton, G.H.W., Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon, LBJ, JFK and IKE. I was too young to personally experience Truman. But I never supported the man, the individual president himself, just some of the policies and stances on issues I agreed with while opposing those I didn't. I do think Trump's personality, his persona sucks big time. That he belongs in the WWE as a wrestler or back on a TV reality show than in the Oval Office because of his schoolyard bullying persona. Even so, that doesn't make me think of him as evil or god sent. Just a man occupying the White House trying to do exactly what his base wants him to do. Just like Obama did, G.W. Bill Clinton etc. etc. I didn't vote for him in 2016, not did I vote for Hillary, I voted against both. I won't vote for him in 2020. But that doesn't mean I'm an automatic vote for the Democratic candidate either, that depends on who their nominee is. It could very well mean another third party vote against both. I don't and never have understood the love/hate relationship party animals have to presidents of their own party and presidents of the other party. But that's me. I will support any candidate that I think good for this nation and oppose any candidate that I think won't be. Irregardless of political party. Both major parties are shrinking anyway. Probably because more and more Americans are getting tired of all the divisiveness, the polarization, the ultra high partisanship both have show over the last 20-30 years. If one believes Gallup and Pew Research, independents have risen from 30% of the electorate to 40% plus as of today. More and more swing voters where the candidate is more important than party.
1: He wasn't Hillary 2: He isn't any of the socialist lunatics currently running for the Dem nomination.
