    It's just the left's darling Avenatti's bad acts are criminal, Trump's bad acts simply get under the skins of the left

    Trump's one kid working at the White House, wasn't hired, she is a volunteer.

    Incorrect....that was a seperate Contempt charge, that the Court considered issuing because of Holder's continued stonewalling of investigations....that was in 2014....he was held in contempt of Congress in 2012, by Congress.

    Because 2 of those are criminal charges and need to be brought by prosecutors, not Congresspeople...

    QPQ isn't a legal or impeachable term... just a fun shorthand...

    Didn't we cover all this back in December?? I know I did... Larry Tribe (a real Constitutional lawyer) had the last word on that, but I can't find the video...

    I know you are. Congress voted to hold him in contempt...the Judge considered holding him in contempt....now both were because of his stonewalling and obstruction of a Congressional investigation, so I can see how you'd be confused.

    He tried to sue Trump, claiming he lied about an ;affair, but he lost that lawsuit, and got his client on the hook to pay for Trump legal fees.

    Is that what you are talking about?
