which is demonstrably incorrect. The senate does not exonerate.

you seem very confused. Pointing out you made up an argument, attributed it to me, then argued against it is not a white flag.

White flag noted. As it stands Clinton took a plea based on the conduct he was impeached for. Trump hasn’t and won’t...one has been fully exonerated, one took a plea. Apples and oranges

    There is no such crimes.

The reason Trump was impeached is because the sore loser Democrats still haven't gotten over the 2016 and they know that none of their horrible candidates can beat Trump.

incorrect, which is why he is impeached.

trump was impeached by his own actions, and has nobody to blame for it but himself.

Impeached is another way of saying indicted, which is another way of saying accused. Yes the Dems accused him of things, things that weren't crimes, and they couldn't even prove their accusations....I suppose it's Trump's fault the Dems falsely accused him of things. Either way he was fully exonerated at trial...unlike Clinton who remains the only President impeached, that had to take a plea after he left office to avoid potential prison for the conduct that impeached him

I do...I watched the Clinton and Trump hearings, and then trial.

The Senate does when there is a trial...and no further prosecutions based on the same conduct.

    It's quite simple....

no they don't. This is how we know you don't know how impeachment works.

which makes the fact you don't comprehend it astonishing.

When there is a trial and the case is concluded that’s what happens.

Trump will be fully exonerated forever

no it isn't. An actual criminal trial acquittal is not an exoneration. It is a verdict of not guilty. Same thing with impeachment. The senate does not exonerate.

    established this as false already.

A criminal trial can if there is no further proceedings. OJ for example was found not guilty, but not fully exonerated because a civil trial found him at fault.

Much like Clinton was found not guilty, but his same conduct required him to take a plea from the DOJ after he left office.

Trump won't face any criminal or civil trials....thus the Senate trial was the last, and therefore fully exonerated him of any wrong doing.

further proceedings have no relevance. Criminal trials, like impeachment trials, do not exonerate.
    irrelevant

this is an unfounded claim that he will not face any trials. And it is demonstrably false the senate exonerated him, as the senate does not do that in an impeachment.

They certainly do to the idea of being fully exonerated like Trump has been and the other two weren't.

He won't face any trials based on what he was impeached on, because there is nothing to be tried on. No crimes were alleged, and nothing a lawsuit could be brought up on.
