Progressive whites, blacks, Hispanics, Asians ... Bernie is a unifying force. They're all feeling the Bern!

I hear ya, I routinely pull for Trump here. I somewhat empathize with Bernie because the powers that be seem to be treating him exactly like Trump. Although it may not be warranted I can't help myself from it.

Also if the people want Bernie nomatter how I feel about his policies we outta let stuff play out fairly imo

I agree but if Bernie is elected then I don't recognize my country anymore.

I'm pretty much where you are on Bernie, Trump and Bernie are atleast acknowledging the same problem we face. They have drastically different ways to handle it but the rest of the field is pretending everything is ok while the house is burning down

I feel like the biggest take away is people are tired of big government / establishment running the show.

I don't even if Bernie was elected he'd be able to do much but hit around the edges because I think he'd too be hit with leak after leak. In the we'd be fine and go on to fight another day worst case.

Likely though as of now I'd say Trump has 2020 decently regardless of the polls out now

This. Although it does give credence to the notion that the Nationalist movement is the "same"(or similar.) I will however gladly give that trade off if it's acknowledged that there's a necessity for a country to move away from corporate greed ruling our politics. It didn't really rule it until the Rockerfeller Republicans and the merger of news corporations with politics. Until then, the concept of donations, ads, etc it didn't really exist or as prevalent. The average joe theoretically could have run for President.

Until corporatism is removed from our politics, there will be more Trump's and Bernies. Because we the Public is not served under a plutocratic rule of power.

That's what most candidates haven't figured out. People feel like they are being talked down to, like rulers. Bernie and Trump are very relatable. They are part of their base, not lording over their base. People feel like Trump and Bernie "have their backs".

She'd make an excellent VP pick for Sanders.

~ I live in Los Angeles. The people that I meet who support Bernie & Trump are about equal. As yet do not know anybody who supported Hillary .
    Could get very interesting ...

Bernie would accomplish less as President than the other Democrat candidates. Republican and Democrats in Congress would be blocking him. A more moderate Democrat would continue to push the country left inch-by-inch and make progress toward their goals.

    Klobuchar:

"As usual, I think we have exceeded expectations,” she said. "A lot of people didn’t even think I’d still be standing at this point.”

At the time, with just 3% of precincts reporting, Klobuchar was in sixth place.

    LOL

I agree. Barring a miracle, it's going to be Bernie heading the ticket. I can't believe it.

I think the Bernie-Trump debates are going to be legendary. I give Trump the edge in physical stamina (the man has endless energy), but mentally, he's lost a step from his earlier years. Bernie is more likely to die, but if he makes it to the debates, I think he'll wipe the floor with Trump. It will be like Mike Tyson taking on Wally Cox. IF Bernie doesn't have another heart attack.

Bernie won but the real story is Biden coming in second, for more here's a quote from Biden in Nevada.....

"We did it, I couldn't do it without you Wyoming and we're on to Hawaii!!!!"
