I care if money is taken out of my pocket to make the wealthy even wealthier.

If you are skinny because the fatties are taking your lunch money you should care.

My environmental goal is not necessarily minimizing human impact of the environment.
My environmental goal is to maximize human well being.
I want to see human beings multiply, fill the Earth and subdue it.
I want to take dirty and dangerous wilderness and make it cleaner and safer for human beings.

Earth, and everything on it belongs to human beings, but that's all we have, so let's manage it wisely.
Let's manage it so as to maximize human well being.

If you don't get past others having more than you, you will never be content.

I have never cared if others have more than me, most do have more, but I dont want moey taken out of my pocket against my will for no other purpose than to create a very wealthy class.

I don't understand why you are going down this path.

I don't know if I could make it without some dangerous wilderness, the National Parks, and the state parks.

If you don't object to others taking what is rightly yours, you will never be anything but cowering victim.

It's not yours. I earned it. Live with it.

Perhaps you believe that. But IME the more someone insists they earned what they have, the higher the probability that they obtained it mostly through privilege, without earning it.

IME, accomplishment is so foreign to some people that they can't distinguish it from privilege.

So either the people who don't insist they earned it are either mistaken and they really did earn it or nobody ever earns anything and it is all privilege.

Ah, no. Production is earned by the producers. The people who earn it usually know they didn't do it alone, so they don't insist they earned it.

And some people think accomplishment in obtaining rent collection privileges is as meritorious as accomplishment in production.

What does the fact they worked in a team have to do with the fact that they earned what they were paid for their work.

According to you nobody really earns anything.

Bricklaying certainly counts as production. But no one ever got rich laying bricks.

I did. I made $4K in six hours today building scaffolding on a slate roof so that we can repair a 50' tall chimney.

People who get rich without working in a team, just by owning privileges, are the loudest in claiming they earned everything they have taken.
Why do you feel you have to make $#!+ up about what I have plainly written?

First, you'll have to offer some evidence that you were paid $4K for six hours of bricklaying, and second, you'll need to do that about a thousand times before you will be rich.

There are fewer people who can do what I do this year than there were last year, and there will fewer of us next year.
There are, at least, a dozen people in my market who will do surgery on you for every one who can do what I do.

But many times more who want surgery done than who want what you do done.

Let's be clear here: if you have a unique skill that is highly rewarded, like an opera singer or prize fighter, more power to you. I wouldn't tax a dime you earn. But that kind of inequality of productive contribution is not the cause of the extreme inequalities of wealth, income and condition we see in capitalist economies.

So, if people work alone, they don't earn the money they make?

It really isn't as plain as you think.

Did you earn the money you have gotten?

That depends entirely on how they get it. Working alone is actually very rare. Not having other people around is not the same as working alone.
It's plainer than you are pretending.
    Most of it.

So according to you, you got it by privilege.
