    Senate minority-leader, Democrat Chuck Schumer (NY) made some very direct, spectacular threats against Supreme Court Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on March 4th:

    Schumer said --
    I want to tell you, Gorsuch, and I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.”

    “You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions."

    The question to you is very clear... just as stark as Schumer's threats against these two sitting Supreme Court Justices -- Should Sen. Schumer be forced to resign, should he be impeached or expelled from his Senate seat, should he be censured, or, should there be no response to him and his threats at all...?

    Isn't he famous for saying nobody is above the law? This should be investigated by DOJ. If such threats would see a regular citizen arrested then he should be arrested as well. I don't much care what the Senate does...

    He should be censured.

    Trump has put judges in danger with some of his comments as well, so unless we are going to crack down on Trump as well, watching Trump supporters lose their mind over this is just another exercise in Trumpian Theatrics.

    I find the suggestion that Schumer did anything necessitating resignation or censure ludicrous. If he deserves to be forced to resign for what he said, than Drumph should be forced to resign a hundred times over as he says the same type of thing on a regular, predictable basis.

    I think he should be censured. That said he was mirroring some rhetoric from Kavanaugh. Can SCOTUS judges be censured?

    Oh spare is the if/then specious arguments. Trump has said nothing to threaten or put in danger any judges nor said anything like what Schumer said.

    Why can you never criticize the Democrats without your "but Republicans...."

    Apples and oranges, he did not make any such statements AS as associate justice on the SCOTUS nor a named personal threat towards any individuals.

    Again this leftist rule never criticize a Democrat unless you present an speciously alleged Republican.

    Democrats are obviously out to burn down the country, so these assorted traitors and enemies of America like Schumer should just be deported en masse; they can go 'Social Justice Warring' in Africa or South America or Russia, where they can put their own lives and treasure on the line instead wrecking our country. They can take the LA Raza racists and corporate 'globalists' with them when they go; they can find out if Red China and Iran will help them all in return for all they have done for them at our expense.

    Both Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln would approve, the first Presidents of both Parties.
