Hell, we need this virus to spread throughout the entire country and for Americans to become a little ill and build up antibodies. This is a bad flu bug and nothing more.

 

The "this is a bad flu bug and nothing more" talking point needs to die in a *******n fire.

It is 10x more deadly on the low end and it spreads more easily. There are no known vaccines, no known antivirals, and no one currently has any antibodies. We also don't know whether this virus will mutate or whether it has a season.

And if you want to willingly expose yourself and your family to the virus because you want to build up antivirals, go for it. But I fully demand that you quarantine you and your family for 2-3 weeks to minimize the chance that you will expose my mother who is elderly and immunocompromised.

Now comes the same gang that struck out against President Trump actually cheering the President's declaration of a National Emergency.
