    And just like that ----BOOM---- the left's talking points are blown out of the water. So much for their claims of "junk clauses" and "secrecy" and "slush funds".



    "What does Trump have to do with this" is that the Democrats are only fighting it because of their determination to obstruct and undermine Trump. They worry that this will benefit the American people, and please the American people, and Trump may get credit, hence they're going to fight it. Had it been proposed by the Democrats they'd be hailing it as brilliant and compassionate.

    Instead Democrats want to either shut it down entirely, or load it down with unrelated partisan crap that has nothing to do with COVID-19 disaster relief.

    What are you talking TARP could be given away with no taxpayer protection either. The so called independent agency wasn’t independent. There are protections, just like with TARP, vote them out.

    the 6 month delay makes sense. Any potential backlash from idiots that attack businesses needing the loans.

    How long has most small businesses been closed? So they get a few bucks tomorrow morning but they remained closed. Wont they require another cash infusion and maybe another one after the second one and so forth?     It is regulated...it goes through the law enforcement branch, the executive. So you admit you are only not supporting giving loans to busiesses that are impacts by the Chinese virus because a republican runs the executive? Fine, thanks to admitting it’s all political for you. Shameful

    I'm not doubting that, I think even CNN ( a pro liberal site if I have ever seen one) agrees.

    But my point is to drop the "sides" and unite, if even for a month. I really don't like the left, but I think at this point we are in the same boat and need to row together. We can bitch about who sank the damn ship after we get to shore.

    The dems are holding up the money to get more funding for planned parenthood, emission standards for airplanes, and tax credits for solar energy. Why don’t they create a spectate bill for those things and give working class Americans and businesses relief from the Chinese Virus?????

    The Republican party and trump have shown they cannot be trusted even when out in the open.
    Giving them six months to do whatever they want with half a trillion is unacceptable.

    Set it up like TARP or remove it from the bill.
