O wasting money? O yeah ... the old issue: They don't follow our will, so we cancel payment. Trump is the worst peson and liar on this planet since decades. And honestly: If Trump slips on the soap tomorrow morning while showering and falls fatally ... then Party Time would be for me and 98% on this planet, outside of the USA!

No answers to my questions but lots of rhetoric. I get it. You got your marching orders. "Orange man bad", right?

So they can go to work and infect other people who die. Sounds like something Donald Dork would say.

What planet does this guy live on. TrumpaMania .... ?

Who knows? It is entirely possible Donald Dork's first reaction was to demean Covin-19 because he felt it would affect his Hotel Business. He's been like that all his life, he shoots from the hip and aims at his toes.

Regardless, it is patently obvious that the man is sick, sick, sick in the head - and a good many psychologists predicted just that from his public-announcements.

Daddy Trump left Donald Dork around $420B so it's no wonder that Mr. Megabucks thinks he owns the world.

Tax* the hell outta them, I say, and put the money to good usage by providing Americans with a lo-cost National Healthcare Service and free Post-secondary Education ... !

*For instance, all income above 5 megabucks annually taxed at above 90%! As was once the case in America - see history of upper-income taxation here. Note that from 1941 to 1960 the marginal tax rate in the US was indeed above 90%. We should have never changed upper-income taxation!

If you could find an n95 mask, they are rated at .3 micron. Average corona .125 micron.

Perhaps you could give a statement from WHO supporting the opening of wet markets? And, BTW, New York has 80 wet markets and little doubt many other US cities also have wet markets

Singular corona viruses are of no significant threat. Someone coughing or sneezing on you will contain millions of the virus concentrated in saliva (10-100 microns in size) and these droplets are what to be worried about.

Sure, so the mask catches the droplets then the droplets dry out.

And the virus sticks to the fabric. The virus membrane is made of a fat (phospholipids) . In general, the more absorbent the material is the shorter the lifespan of the virus. It is also important to know how to remove a mask so as to not distribute its contents

No, just because a country is at war does NOT mean that marginal taxation must rise.

Higher taxation at higher income levels in order to maintain a fair-and-equitable Income Disparity is necessary in order to obtain funds to provide fundamental necessities like National Health Care and Free (or nearly free) Post-graduate Education.

There is no acceptable reason why, in a functional nation such as ours, so few get so much and so many get so little. Except one: We are silly people that accept such a rip-off ... !

HOW DO WE KEEP PEOPLE IN AGRICULTURE?

This sort of "ethic" makes good sense, but some Americans will buy cheap wherever they can. And not just Americans, but any nation where the poorest elements try to stretch their funds as far as possible.

The real alternative is raise import taxation such that goods from China will cost more. Much more.

But there you risk a Trade War. "Be careful of what you do to other, because they will do the same to you."

All advanced nations are in the same predicament. They cannot compete at rudimentary levels of pricing. But, oh!, do they love to employ workers at lowest-possible-hourly-cost in order to extract a production cost-advantage.

In World Economics (where competition is fierce on a large scale), a country cannot have it both ways. High labor costs but a healthy economy AND the ability to buy cheap goods from overseas. Unless that country has a highly developed national economic-class whereby ALL earn reasonably good salaries. And that can only happen when the very same people can compete successfully at a higher levels of product/service competition.

How does a country achieve that objective? By having a first-class low-cost educational path from primary- to university-level schooling! Those that wish however to remain at lower levels of educational skills must obtain and maintain "decent income levels". This is not happening on American farms, where such rural populations are diminishing. From here:

Which does not mean that everybody must work in an production office. In fact, most Americans DO WORK in office-jobs. But for agricultural goods production, the average wage is way below what it should be to keep people farming. Most of the production-profits in agriculture go to intermediary corporations that buy low-cost farm-produce and sell it nationally at much higher-cost prices. That must change! And it is the Farming Industry that must pay higher farm-produce rates to keep production levels sufficiently strong ...

I can't give a statement for WHO. I don't work for them. If I did I wouldn't give any statement supporting their wet markets. I don't have a problem with wet markets. I have a problem with a wet market and a country that breeds a virus that causes a pandemic. China has caused several pandemics and nobody holds their feet to the fire. And who in the hell eats bats? That's disgusting.

Here is your statement from the WHO pandering to China on wet markets:

“There is a very real likelihood that this disease arose from a wet market in Wuhan -- it’s clear that these are dangerous vectors,” Hunt told Australian Broadcasting Corp. “I would imagine that around the world, the vast majority of people would have a similar view.”

WHO said in a statement that wet markets should not be allowed to sell illegal wildlife for food and authorities should enforce food safety and hygiene regulations. But it said “wet markets and other food markets do not need to be closed down.”

So you haven't got anything showing WHO supporting opening of wet markets. I also see you ignored saying anything about wet markets in New York.

Interesting to see one who takes pleasure in another humans pain/death call someone the worst person. I believe the pot and the kettle had such an exchange.

I can't GIVE a statement FROM them since it isn't my statement to give. Reading IS fundamental. So is sentence structure and grammar. I presented a statement that the WHO gave. Maybe you missed that part. Again, reading is fundamental. Did you miss it or did you intentionally ignore it? If that's the case it would be dishonest.

    FUNDAMENTALLY WARPED

See how easy it is for a CROOK to get elected PotUS. And some naive people thought that would NEVER EVER happen in the good-ole US of A?

When a country allows the sudden decent in democratic honesty&fairness - as Uncle Sam did in the last election where Hillary WON the Popular-Vote but LOST the Electoral-College vote is the fifth time in history that such a vote-twisting scandal has happened in America. And the last-time before HIllary it was Al Gore who was "screwed". From here:
The Electoral College mechanism is fundamentally warped
(because the popular-vote count is not represented directly by the EC-vote count).Any such manipulation of the popular-vote should be found illegal by the Supreme Court - but that notion has never ever even been tested before a Supreme Court. And with the present court's warped advantage of Replicants, any such consideration (to dump the Electoral College) is simply impossible* to imagine.

And all this happens in SUPPOSEDLY the "best democracy on earth?" Yeah, right ....

*Admittedly such a decision by the Supreme Court regarding an Amendment to the Constitution would be difficult for any Supreme Court to make. Given our foundational notion of "Separation of powers", which is a key-element of our American democracy.

    Says who?
I don't know if it's been declared or not but face masks do provide the wearer with important prevention: avoiding touching your own face (mouth, nose) with your hands that have been everywhere and touching everything else.

In what world is "it's clear they are dangerous vectors" giving support to wet markets in China? Did you even bother to read the quote! So try again

    WHO'S THE W.H.O.?

Do you know what W.H.O does? Maybe not?

It is an international ADVISORY committee of national representatives. It has no money to spend helping nations cure itself of diseases UNLESS member nations get together under WHO supervision to do so. (Which has happened repeatedly in Africa.)

It does have on-going programs to assist some nations in need. As explained by the WHO itself here:
And, yes, the WHO organization has some 2400 personnel that help deliver to world-nations the above stated objectives. From the WHO web-site:
So, what the present ignoramus of a PotUS has done is to diminish the programs for which the WHO is responsible in countries that need it most - which, most certainly, is NOT THE USofA. (Oh yes, and supposedly now Donald Dork says it was just a "threat" and not "affirmative action"!)

So, let's wait-'n-see what he says tomorrow or the day-after - whatever his whimsy tells him to do/say or deny everything as Mr. Fickle does often enough ...
