What is being taken out of context here? I saw the video for the first time today. Before I watched the video I figured CNN was just overhyping it but then I watched the video and was blown away. I knew Trump was dumb but holy hell. This might be one of the dumbest things he's said. And that's saying a lot. In any other presidency, it would really be quite a scandal if a president said something this stupid. Just imagine if Obama said this. You think the RWs would let that slide? Give me a break.

The basic problem is that they take whatever Trump says and change the meaning and then repeat it endlessly. They claim that Trump is putting the Americans at risk with his words when it is the press and the left who change the meaning and repeat it endlessly who are putting the US at risk.

All he said was that they should consider injecting some kind of disinfectant. He did not say to do that and he certainly did not say anyone should drink bleach or Lysol.
