Face masks cannot stop healthy people getting Covid-19, says WHO

Better yet, let the Yanks die all-by-themselves until they learn that there are two attributes of living that are key to a good lifestyle. A Healthcare System and very-low-cost Tertiary Education.

Most of the developed world knows both very well and they are willing to pay the higher taxation to have both. Somebody forgot to tell Uncle Sam, who wasn't listening anyway.

Somebody told him his was the Greatest Country in the World, so why should he care ... ?

 

That is what great about the world. We choose to live in this **** box full of deplorables and you have France.

The point of any political-debate is to show failings in the political leadership of the nation. Otherwise, why should any debate take place?

You probably think our elected officials all walk-on-water? Not in in the US! And not all those after an election marching victoriously into the Offal Office.

Some of us cannot stay in a house all day long. Many can, indeed, simply because a great many now work from the home off the Internet. Which is goodness in this present circumstance. It is important that you keep your brain together in pressing times such as these.

But for that very large number of people that must get out-and-about to make living, then the masks-and-gloves become obligatory. Remember if they are not reusable then THROW THEM AWAY. If reusable then CLEAN THEM after usage daily (water, soap, hydrogen-peroxide)!

Moreover, before sticking your fingers up your nose, down your throat, into or your eyes (or any other orifice of the body) - or simply blowing-one's-nose - make sure those fingers employed have been "disinfected". That is, washed or cleaned with a wet-wipe since your last contact with anything. And once done, then throw whatever was used (such as the wet-wipe) into a waste basket. (And, if you have the kids with you make sure they do not go about innocently poking into waste or waste-baskets!)

(Let's also presume for good measure that those concerned should be careful when handling "Public Waste" whether in a public-place, office or shopping-center. They can all be significantly dangerous to handle/touch in any way! And those handling them need suitable protection as well.)

Wakey, Wakey - for the first time in your life you are likely being forced to defend yourself by yourself of an unseen enemy. So don't flub it up! It can otherwise be VERY costly to you and yours ...

PS: And finally, why not pass your hands under the water-faucet as soon as you get home and do Nothing Else in the house before having done so?

 

Use soap. Ordinary soap kills this thing quickly

 

Why would you tell people to eat and drink soap? That is so irresponsible!

Sure ... but maybe we can then change also the point of having the saying and power in the WHO accordingly ... means we have depending to payment more to say and you = USA lesser? Is this OK?

 

Wear one if you wish, but you lack the authority to tell others they need to wear one, more so when it how ineffective many of them are in filtering air.

 

WHO works for China and China wants countries weak. Mass hysteria is an excellent way to weaken the country. A depression is an easy way for China to buy up more capital in our country and gain more influence. It’s all the long game. Hopefully we’re taking steps to remove any other country from owning any stake in educational, medical institutions or media in the US. The insanity is to stop.

The WHO serves mostly countries in need, that is, the poorer ones. Because they are typically without modern healthcare-systems that tend to be very costly. It has always tried to fulfill that goal.

The US needs no such attention from the WHO, except in the matter of devising the means to combat world-wide threats like SARS-infections. The US has a privatized healthcare provision that is the most costly of any in the world. So, when it comes to distribution of healthcare services there is a "default" in the system. Far too many individuals get none at all!

Whereas a National Healthcare System provides services to any nation as a whole. And it does so at a decent cost paid from Tax Dollars. (And no GPs in private-practice earning on average $213K a year! Look that up for yourself from the BLS here. Under item "29-1215".)

The US needs to do what most modern countries do nowadays - they spend their tax-dollars on services that Serve The People. And not just a particular group getting paid from a building in LaLaLand on the Potomac called the DoD - which swallows whole half the National Discretionary Budget!

China already owns some stake in our education and hospitals. Go look it up. And no one knows if they invented it. But it very well could have been accidentally cooked up in that lab or more logically, the wet markets. Still originated in China. Still their fault. That will NEVER change.
