and daughter who once socialites have fallen into being destitute.
Living out their make believe world of Social Standing as mere
squatters and recluse.Their Mansion in East Hampton being
condemned { Utilities turned off } yet they refuse to leave and play act
each day dressing up in their Socialite best to ward off the daily doldrums
of boredom and living without necessary requirements such as water
electric and food.Yet they manage to both survive and keep their spirits
up regardless of their obvious hapless conditions.Their personas kept
alive and well via Rembrance of things Past.Being the aunt and cousin of
Jacqueline Kennedy.

 

One woodpecker?

There are... hundreds of dove, a flock of gambol's quail, dozens of buzzards roost here, a pair of miniature owls and a pair of cardinals, 4 or 5 roadrunners, macaw and cowbirds (the macaws are a surly lot) other little birds, humming birds .. then the rabbits, dozens of those, squirrels, which run full speed from place to place, I tho't they were just being paranoid, then I saw a rabbit chasing one! LOL . javalina come a to drink out of our tree rings, spotted (and photographed0 several bobcats, a B&B guest saw a mountain lion out back (I was jealous, I've never seen one on th eproperty..the he said he's from Alaska and rarely see bears, whereas his guest always see them) , regular fox, desert fox, coatli mundi occasional jack rabbit.. I'm sure I've left something out.. and I am not out in the country, about two blocks from the main street here.. BUT we are in the desert and I do have one of the last oxbows of the river and exponentially more trees than the rest of the town combined.

 

WhAt a neat place to live. Wonder what animals would come to visit if you lived way out in the country.

 

Perhaps mule deer and audad (mountain goats) but way out in the country is barren desert land, so, having a little oasis, I do see most of what is in the area, or passing through. The Border Patrol told me there where a lot of feral hogs moving thru between me and the river (about two miles sw), Those I would shoot.

 

I visited a couple Indian Casinos. One in Tampa and one in Hollywood Fla. Both were Hard Rock. If I go back it would be the one in Hollywood near Ft. Lauderdale. They have a beautiful Casino and a huge outdoor mall with plenty shops and places to eat.
Now for my off-shore gambling experience. I forget the name of the ship but we drove to Cape Canaveral/Jupiter area and caught the nighttime cruise. I highly recommend eat before you go or buy the buffet they offer. It use to be free when you bought a ticket but now they charge. I enjoy it because they have lots of the old machines I use to like. Anyways , back to the story. We arrived early and mingled with some of the locals while we waited. Eventually they open up. Well, some of those locals have favorite machines, and as soon as they get aboard they head right for their machine. So me and my wife went aboard and were scoping out the scene when all of a sudden a group of Emergency paramedics came on board with a stretcher. Then we seen a few people standing around this machine and they removed this man we had been talking too outside on the stretcher. He died while sitting at his machine. One of the crew told us he was a regular. Every time I past that machine that night it was empty.

If you ever go to Vegas and go into the Wynn or any of the higher end casinos you will see these young Asian girls playing Pow Gai poker and betting like that. Same bored look also.

I hope you are taking pictures. I have taken some pictures although it is my luck to never have my camera when the best picture comes along. We have had feral pigs come on to our land and they can make a mess..rooting around looking for grubworms, peanuts or something else to eat. They will leave the land with trenches almost a foot deep.

 

I know that he's the best. I just don't want to listen to him.

Is there anything, that he does, in an almost normal voice?

 

She has amazing range. I like this one....
