It said there was no evidence of asphyxiation. That doesn't mean his knee and being held down didn't kill him through some more complex process. And it doesn't even prove he didn't die from asphyxiation. It only means there is no direct and obvious evidence.

The obvious evidence is the video. And even the cops wife knows that and dumped him.

 

When an event serves as a catalyst to major system failure then that catalyst is the cause of that failure, because without that catalyst the system could have functioned for quite a bit longer.
This concept applies to anatomy, mechanics, physics, chemistry, biology and everything in between.
Think of a grandma as an example. She can have a host of health problems, but manages to live for 20-30 years. But put a knee on her neck like that cop did and the grandma dies. You can’t say she died of a host of health issues - because everyone would understand that the knee on the neck served as a catalyst to her “system failure”, i.e. death.
The cop is guilty as sin.

I guarantee you - the cause of death is asphyxiation. Either, brain wasn’t getting enough oxygen or the lungs couldn’t expel CO2 fast enough leading to a buildup of the gas in the blood to toxic levels.

I don't understand this. You have the video. You don't need anything else. If a report said the cop's knee to the neck wasn't a cause of death, the report is wrong or the ME is lying. It really is that old saying: who are you going to believe, the report or your own lying eyes?

Look dude, many people have health issues that are controlled by medication but not many Of these people have a grown man’s knee in their neck for 10 minutes without a break. The cop committed cold blooded murder either way you look at it!

Why would that be hard? He had his knee on the guy's NECK while he was handcuffed. Either the cop, or one of his three buddies standing over the guy, could easily have felt for a pulse. And apparently they did, and the guy was dead for about three minutes with a knee to the neck.

How bout black men killing Police officers in the Streets, there were 48 Police officers that were shot and killed in the line of Duty last year and so far 20 this year, but nobody had a protest and riot for them. I'll be the first to say the killing of George Floyd was as horrible as it gets, BUT! if the opportunistic criminals who want to use FAKE! outrage to mask their criminal behavior, go ahead Dummies and burn down the essential businesses in your area, but stay the F out of my neighborhood, because the Streets are going to run red with the Blood of these creeps if they come around here looking to express their BS outrage. 95% of Black Homicides are committed by other Black people. I just watched a video of volunteers cleaning up the mess the riot caused at an Office Depot, 99% of them were White and I didn't see one Black person the in the crowd. 75% of Black men grow up in Single with single mothers, NONE! of this is WHITEY'S fault. Idiots will burn down their neighborhoods, but when they go hungry and need to bite to eat, they can crawl into a Dumpster for all I care. They didn’t even do toxicology report yet. One can easily tell by seeing “potential intoxication” in preliminary report. As if it’s hard to get a urine sample from leftovers of urine in the body and blood work looking for these intoxicants. It’s been what, 4 days now?

 

Someone needs to link the right case, then. The case of Ricci Ellsworth is the only case of anyone with a name close "Ricky Ellsworth" when I search for that name. The only sites that actually include the picture from the meme appear to be troll sites trying to stir up crap.
