    What are the differences?

    Paychecks..

The streets are public because they are upkept and kept proper by the street using persons, mostly tax payers. General tax payers do not pay to have the grounds at a hotel resort upkept. That property is upkept by that hotel company.

So if as a citizen, you desire to help upkeep public tax dollar upkeep(s), properly, you are allowed. But to volunteer your good services on private property, you might be asked to not extend your graces.

Parks belong to State under City and County. But nonetheless public. Not like the public library but like the public roads. Why? Public librarians get paid city/state dollar(s) as well as parks and recreation workers. But city and county can't really deny the legal documented citizens and persons from keeping their community well ordered, right. They can; however, ask any to quiet down or any other thing, including no car washing in the library's parking lot/structure(s).

However as a city code; is electrical powered machinery, such as electrical drills and saws, allowed to be used in privately owned, opened apartment parking lots, less than 10 feet away from the public sidewalk? It could prove dangerous if bits and chips fly off and accidently hit a passerby.

Besides, for any battery operated electric saw to be that needed? I don't know.

So what do you mean I dont have a right to help my community be upkept?

Unless the local Government sells out, it is foolish to assume that non documented illegals are safer than the registered citizens...

And to assume the newly acquired valuables will be kept safer than the citizens who have to deal with crime is also an endangering to the children and elders being lied to for arriving in a land of golden opportunities. One should never trade in safety for illegal opportunity while assuming safety is going to be a 'right'.

Local Government. Local Law enforcement. Both legal, documented and citizened to the State and National Constitution.

    Not as 'nationals'. As citizens.

    US National vs. US Citizen

The terms US national and US citizen are often used interchangeably, but they are in fact two completely different terms with two different meanings. This article explains the difference between US national and US citizen, and what it means to be a US national vs US citizen.

US National, US Citizen, or Both?
All US citizens are both a US citizen and a US national, but some US nationals may not be US citizens. US citizen vs US national, in general terms:

    • All US citizens are automatically US nationals.
    • US nationals are not automatically US citizens.
    US Nationals
Non-citizen US nationals include those persons who were born in or born to a parent(s) of “outlying possessions of the United States,” according to the Immigration and Nationality Act. These outlying territory possessions include American Samoa and Swains Island.

US nationals include all US citizens and other persons who owe allegiance to the US but who have not been granted the privilege of citizenship. US nationals are entitled to:

    • The consular protection of the US when abroad; and
    • US documentation such as US passports (albeit with a notation to delineate their “national” status).
US nationals also have the right to:

    • Reside in the United States; and
    • Apply for citizenship by naturalization after three months of residency.
However, US nationals are not entitled to voting representation in Congress and, in most states, are not entitled to vote in Federal, state, or local elections except in their place of birth. Non-citizen US nationals do, however, vote to send a delegate to Congress, but that person is a non-voting delegate.

Non-citizen US nationals may apply for a certificate of non-citizen national status to the Secretary of State.

    https://www.path2usa.com/us-national-vs-us-citizen

Yes, nationals should be treated as any citizen and that means needing to keep the community upkept properly and orderly.

US citizens include those who have obtained birthright citizenship or citizenship through naturalization. Persons acquire citizenship by birth if they are born in the United States or born to US citizen parent(s). Although US citizenship is not automatically granted to natives of American Samoa and Swains Island (who are only US nationals), natives of the following US territories do automatically acquire US citizenship:

    • Puerto Rico
    • The Marianas (Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands)
    • The US Virgin Islands
    US citizens do have:

    • The right to vote in elections; and
    • Voting representation in Congress.

On the other hand, a U.S. national is any person who is considered a U.S. citizen or a person who pledges allegiance to the United States but has not been granted full citizenship. A person is considered a U.S. national if he or she was:

    • Born in an outlying possession of the United States of America, such as the American Samoa and Swains Island
    • Born outside the United States to two U.S. national parents
    • Born outside the United States to one foreign parent and one U.S. national parent
    • Born in Guam in 1898-1950
    • Born in Puerto Rico in 1898-1917
    • Born in the U.S. Virgin Islands in 1917-1927
    • Born in the Philippines in 1898-1946
U.S. nationals have the right to:

    • Live anywhere in the United States
    • Work anywhere in the United States without restrictions
    • Send application for U.S. citizenship through naturalization, provided he or she resides in the U.S. for three months
    • Be protected by the U.S. Embassy when outside the United States
    • Be issued a U.S. passport (with a note that says “The Bearer is a United States National and not a United States Citizen.”)
However, U.S. nationals do not have the right to:

    • Vote in the federal, state, or local elections except in their place of birth
    • Hold a public office

Like other territories, the U.S. Virgin Islands does not have U.S. Senators.

Although they are U.S. citizens, U.S. Virgin Islanders residing in the territory are ineligible to vote for the president of the United States. People born in the U.S. Virgin Islands derive their U.S. citizenship from congressional statute.[38]

The U.S. Democratic and Republican parties allow U.S. Virgin Islands citizens to vote in their presidential primary elections for delegates to the respective national conventions.[39] The main political parties in the U.S. Virgin Islands themselves are the Democratic Party of the Virgin Islands, the Independent Citizens Movement, and the Republican Party of the Virgin Islands. Additional candidates run as independents.

At the national level, the U.S. Virgin Islands elect a delegate to Congress from their at-large congressional district.[40] The elected delegate, while able to vote in committee, cannot participate in floor votes. The current House of Representatives delegate is Stacey Plaskett, a Democrat. Like other territories, the U.S. Virgin Islands does not have U.S. Senators.

Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, U.S Virgin Islands...

Territories of The U.S each with its own personal 'origin'.

    nation (n.)
    c. 1300, nacioun, "a race of people, large group of people with common ancestry and language," from Old French nacion "birth, rank; descendants, relatives; country, homeland" (12c.) and directly from Latin nationem (nominative natio) "birth, origin; breed, stock, kind, species; race of people, tribe," literally "that which has been born," from natus, past participle of nasci "be born" (Old Latin gnasci), from PIE root *gene- "give birth, beget," with derivatives referring to procreation and familial and tribal groups.

The word is used in English in a broad sense, "a race of people an aggregation of persons of the same ethnic family and speaking the same language," and also in the narrower sense, "a political society composed of a government and subjects or citizens and constituting a political unit; an organized community inhabiting a defined territory within which its sovereignty is exercised."

In Middle English it is not easy to distinguish them, but the "political society" sense emerged by 16c., perhaps late 14c. and it has gradually predominated. The older sense is preserved in the application of nation to the native North American peoples (1640s). Nation-building "creation of a new nation" is attested by 1907 (implied in nation-builder). Nation-state "sovereign country the inhabitants of which are united by language, culture, and common descent" is from 1918.

A nation is an organized community within a certain territory; or in other words, there must be a place where its sole sovereignty is exercised. [Theodore D. Woolsey, "Introduction to the Study of International Law," 1864]

In 2016, the United Nations's Special Committee on Decolonisation recommended to the UN's General Assembly that this larger body should assist in "decolonization" and help the people of the territory to "determine freely their future political status". Specifically, the Special Committee recommended that the "views of the people of the United States Virgin Islands in respect of their right to self-determination should be ascertained" and that the UN should "actively pursue a public awareness campaign aimed at assisting the people of the United States Virgin Islands with their inalienable right to self-determination and in gaining a better understanding of the options for self-determination".

This would mean the children would be sole responsibility to their parents and their form of Government without 'outside' influences 'ruling over' or 'steering'.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Virgin_Islands

If these self determined opportunities are received for the benefit of 'good' to be borne rather than 'wrong', maybe they will receive and provide for 'welcome' and 'non danger' as newly recognized international self governing countrie(s)/nation(s).

    Peace IS World-Wide.

Keeping a very important 'reason' in mind and soul.

That to do this is not for personal political power but for the well being of its own self determined 'future'; their Children Being its Future.

It's only 'fun' if their own language is neglected.

To speak of the future from a self determined perspective in their own language would have their visions of their own future become clearer for/to their own 'nation'. Otherwise, it's as a new form of political opportunity being granted on the cause of embitterment, in this life.

Luke 8:14 "And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection."

Mercedes Benz's was never a concern in times past as they are in this life.

Okay.. allow me to use Hawaii for an example.

Although Hawaii seeks similar 'self determinability', etc... the reason(s) i hear is due to 'illegal' matters. And yes, granted, illegality should be corrected otherwise it will remain 'unjust', etc... etc... to future generations...

But if illegality is truly the concern, then what about the 'illegal' unification?

None of the other islands wanted to be strong armed into 1 unified Kingdom.

So i really wonder. Is the concern truly for Hawaii, Hawaii being only 1 Island among the others? Hawaiians, when they were first deemed as such, were the natives who were living on Hawaii island. Those living on Maui were not called, 'hawaiians'. Nor those who were living on 'Oahu' island.

Then they referrered to their collective whole as 'the people of the language', or otherwise known today to be defined with no deceit, a 'nation'.

I'm sure there might have been different 'dialects' on each island, no?

A reason why the name Hawaii became was because the 'unifier' of the islands under 1 rule, was at that time second in line to the Chief of Hawaii until the Chief was 'executed' by his own hand(s). The rightful and granted 'heir' to the Chief seat/rule of Hawaii was not originally the one who became the Chief. It was The Chief's true biological 'son' who was supposed to have inherited Hawaii Island to 'rule' over. The 'unifier' was bequeathed another nobility title.. to be keeper of the keys to their house of worship to their 'war god, Ku'. However this inheritor was not pleased with that and so 'self determination' had him 'kill' the rightful heir, become as Chief of the Island of Hawaii and then, with the purchases of firearms and ammunition from the british ships, declared war or unification to the other Islands' Chiefs.

The others' only form of defense were their own weapons for 'war' hand made....only the 'unifier' with his followers had use of 'firearms with ammunition' against the other Chiefs as well as towards the other islanders.

    So, fair? Just? Politically motivated?

To top this off, the 'unifier's' true son, 'king inherit' who was to become the second king of the unified islands also was dealt with with treachery when he was stripped of his right to ascend to the throne by his 'guardian, but not biological', mother''. She, then became the first queen after having the islands' rules and laws pertaing to structure, economy, order, establishments, heirarchy within government, etc... blasphemed in view of the Court's invitees, from abroad as well as locally. This was the unified islands' beginning of 'freedom' which has continued to culminate up to now.. and without a return to their original rules/laws pertaining to society and citizenship.

I dont think they ever attempted to reestablish their own legal system after rhe first queen's blasphemy towards it.

These laws were so revered, supposedly, that to speak against the ordered heirarchy was punishable with 'death on the spot' if deemed appropriate.

This was long before constitutions, amendments and paid citizenship(s). They were their own political correctness.

So why no action towards the blasphemy?

Long fought blood soaked battles wore many out, in heart, spirit and strength.

Syrians killing Syrians today would be a close example.

They were/are more 'astonished and bewildered' as to the reason of 'locals killing locals' than understanding.

    Both.

But even though Syria is freed from internal injustices, what of these 'self determination' hopes to return to their own nation with its own culture, being governed as how they were prior to their schools teaching in a secondary, to their own, language?

Are there enough native speakers, writers, etc...to allow for their children to return? Is there enough space for them to be able/allowed to? Space runs suffocating when pressed from all sides with no proper freeing.

Had Germany kept to their fission research during WW1, the U.S might be learning educational material, in schools, in German.

Yes the U.S.A is a large Country, nation with common origins (unsure), but large? yes. But the U.S.A is also only 231 years young since the 1789 adoption of the constitution.

Which means that most every immigrant in the U.S.A comes/came from a Country much much older than the U.S.A.

And guess who's taking back all the 'modern' (inventions)?

    Or/AND visa-versa.

Let's put it this way.... same sex sex did NOT originate out from the U.S.A.

Think how the Puritans would feel...

You got to remember...they each have their own religious texts pertaining to sexual immorality. The same usually apply globally.

As far as what The Holy Bible says. The Holy Bible says to acknowledge that you are not sinless. Period. Start from there.

To admit self is not perfect and that to neglect personal wrongs COULD VERY WELL lead to its wages, death. And 'death' not as the parents and grandparents we've known. They 'passed' peaceably.

They had loved ones near them...will you?

So, sex, is kind of the furthest thing, when it comes to importance and the preparations for them, the important 'end' matters, to personal 'end of life'.

I'm really beginning to believe that the meats eaten today has to be a reason, at least a reason, for the current 'immortality' mindset that seems to be in the lives of today's 'go getters'.

This mindset, although factually mortally wrong, is a new concept/mindset...

Smoking plants while chewing on meat together for 'enjoyment'? Really? I wouldn't think even the plants would agree to such ease and leisure towards neglecting of life.

    Yes, pigs do scream...
    Yes, chickens also.

Yes..so do children when being cut up by victimizers.

If not concerned with the meats of animals, why not have concern towards the cutting up of children? Justice is of God, yes?

So importance? Sex? Sure, why not...

And if after the age of legal alcohol puchasing there still remains uncertainty to what morals should be received as 'normal' or 'good', think upon the more important morals that could help direct a healthy mindset.

    Look at it this way...

If you're a partaker, you're A partaker. There are many 'partakers'.

No personal 'offense' intended, of course.

I just can't believe how the 'ordained of by God' can be so well provided...

    Even in strong arming places.

Providing for the strong armers? Strong armers against beast or man or both? Bought out the Government? Okay... so there is no help to innocent Mrs. Widowed Jones. Okay. So there's no help to Elder Mr. Howards. Okay, so there is no help for Miss Cynthia. Okay. They are in their non rightful places. Okay fine. But they are widowed, elderly and a Miss. Might they be strong enough to do by themselves? If not then how are they going to fare with the strong armers? Join in? But wait. The Mrs, the Mr, the Misses are in their WRONGFUL places....

Unless the place they are in turns 'right' for them, they will be in the wrong. Unless they should be more adventurous or bold or.... ?? understanding to the plights of the strong armers and their rightful place while the Mrs, the Mr and the Misses are in their wrongful? So who would be 'right'? The 'rightful' or the 'wrongful'? In truth, please.

Hey. 3 minutes have passed. Why are the Mr and the Mrs and the Misses still here? Oh yeah, that's right....they, for some reason, i'm not going to judge to execution, they might not be receiving the help they might require; that their physical body needs.

    (J)ames 2:
14What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone."

Oh right. These are the ones who are able to help themselves...

    The naked
the destitute of daily... daily food.
    The cold
    The non filled

Mrs. Widowed Jones, Mr. Elder Howards, Miss Cynthia. Well, i guess they must not truly be in need. They just might be stiff necked. After all, they must enjoy being in a wrong place for themselves, right..

I had a vision. In this vision Mrs. Widowed Jones, Mr. Elder Howards and Miss Cynthia all asked from me. I told them, be warm, well filled and go, in peace to serve and love The Lord and one another. They came back the next day, same dream though, asked the same and received the same. Soon they passed on. They were unable to leave on their own. I, on the other hand, had none more asking me for any help. Thank God for small mercies, yes?

I bring less accusation towards God than concern to God regarding Mrs Widowed Jones, Mr Elder Howards, Miss Cynthia, Me, also. I hope you can read this in this light rather than from an accusative light.. God forbid such associations...

Logical, reasonable, practical accusation goes as such:

    Tangible,
    Tangible
    Tangible

    Mom
    Dad
    Government

    Etc...

    Car
    Traffic
    Flat tire

    Etc..,

Each State usually, should, have a direct access line, a 211, a help line.

In this site, referral system, there is a section for airfare for the stranded to get back to their State.

    It's with The United Way.
