This may be a joke, but it's not very funny.

Sigh ... before and during the rally, protesters were not allowed within a couple of blocks of the arena. Those pics are from after the rally, as attendees headed towards parking lots.

According to every first hand account from the police, the protesters, the rallyers, and the press, it was a calm exit, with nothing being thrown besides insults and empty threats.

The low attendance has only one explanation.

 

Unless there was a bunch of fake right-wing news promising "mob violence," I seriously doubt that was a factor, because there sure wasn't any.

 

Look at the shadows. The truck, the two guys walking, the shitters, etc...

Even you can see that the pic. was taken sometime around noon when the sun was high in the sky. Not the evening.

You can see that unless, of course, you're liberally blind.

And you're in agreement with them. They/you are doing the standard right wing thing of spinning a good thing the non-racists are doing (opposing racism and expressing it) into an evil of non-existent "guilt". There is no white guilt, except maybe in a few people with abnormally low self-esteem. But there are always a few who conflict with the norm. The point is that you're spreading false opinions AND opposing all resistance to racism at the same time. So I have to assume you don't share any interest in an opposition to racism. Why? Do you feel blacks are, indeed, inferior or somehow deserving of disrespect and discrimination?

 

All anyone had to do was watch the news the last couple of weeks to believe there was at least the threat of it.

It's not a stretch to see Trump's first venture out into the public since this began as a lightning rod for it, so yes, probably was a factor.

And, as I mentioned, fear of the virus likely played a part, too.

 

Countries which started with Socialist lollipops and unicorn dreams of "equality of outcome" which will always appeal to the poor masses of the perennial underclass....but which never comes to fruition. The wealthy political class with the best propaganda takes the spoils of tyrannical power and gives nothing but crumbs back in return.

One can couch the truth in humor to make it more palatable, but it is not a requirement.

 

In this case, pathetic crowd size...

Part of the election process, yes. Like your foot is part of your body. If it is not then why try to cripple Trumps rally? They should be sued for fraud resulting in financial loss and charged via class action for a slew of constitutional trespass with the goal of election fraud.

I couldn't help but notice your sig. Are you really unable to discern the difference between working electoral system and what the Russians did, which was NOT to rig the election per se, but to influence American voters and lead them to vote differently than they otherwise would, or indeed not turn up to vote at all when they otherwise might have? This is why no one actually says that Russia "rigged" or "stole" the 2016 election. What they did was attempt to influence it, and considering the lengths they went to, I'd say they succeeded in that.

 

That was not enough of a barrier to account for thousands of empty seats, and I think you know that.

Stop blaming everyone and everything else, just like Trump does. The poor attendance has only one cause: dwindling support. Period.

 

My best friend is a black woman, but I don't use her to advertise my "wokeness". I have way too much respect for her and for our friendship. I was raised during the Martin Luther King Civil Rights Era, when blacks asked for equality opportunities, not equal outcomes. We (my generation) took it to heart. Minorities won equal opportunity and many were outpacing whites in success and upward mobility, and many still do. Then, in the 60's, LBJ went beyond equality and voting acts and gave minority just enough scraps of Welfare and food stamps to keep a portion of them dependent on the Democrat Party and government for generations. That shouldn't be "the norm", but Democrats made oppression the norm.

With your accusations, you seem to be using "resistance to racism" to attack independent thinkers and those who believe in individual rights to defend the collective tribalism of today's far-left post-modern ideology. That's very political and can come across as rather disingenuous to those of us who disagree with your collectivist machinations.

 

Guaranteed that last night was a wake-up call for the campaign. NO ONE had a nice flight home on Air Force 1.

It remains to be seen what changes will result, but there will be changes.

So this year, Russia (and China), have every motivation to see Biden win since they always want the candidate who they view as the easiest pushover regarding foreign negotiations.
