    Fat chance Donald Trump will be able to stop this book which denigrates his character and actions.

    It is about time the wall of silence around Donald Trump was broken and all the people who have been paid off or threatened by Donald Trump's goons should come forward and reveal what they know.

    It is likely Trumps' action will be too late because the contents of the book have already been publicized to a certain extent.

    It could be a good test of the first amendment rights.

    There is little doubt that Putin’s security agencies filmed Trump while he was in a hotel in Moscow. That’s a near certainty.
    The only question is what they filmed and whether there is anything embarrassing to Trump on that film.

    Considering the idiots will buy ANYTHING negative about him, what’s the harm? Easy money for the author and they can roll the dice later if Trump sues for slander. But the damage is done and that is the point. DAMAGE. If the truth mattered Trump would have been impeached for what they actually were accusing him of instead of BS vague obstruction of justice that can be applied to every president that has ever held office.

    Anecdotal, I know - but comparable to the situation I think.

    A family here had four siblings. Only one had children. When she died, the family fortune was divided by three - cutting out the children completely. Its not my family - I have no say - but to an outsider, it is despicable. Sounds like they tried to do the very same here, when Mary and Fred's father died.

    Not end of story. It will depend on the contents of the book and the specificity of the NDA. For instance, if the NDA covered the terms and conditions of the settled suit, it would not stop a book detailing any and all other aspects of their dealings with Trump. If the NDA stated that she is not allowed to say anything at all about Trump, then he might have a leg to stand on. And, considering the typical aspects of NDA's, I tend to think the former is more likely.

    How many members of the Obama family or former advisors have written books to smear him?
