True for Sputheners it was greed and they try to hide it by claiming it was Pride in their "way of life".
That is like arguing is a homosexual pedophile worse than a "heterosexual" pedophile. It is like trying to compare schiest to fecal matter.

No, it's like arguing that a pedophile that does have sex with children is worse than a pedophile that doesn't have sex with children.

That's actually a pretty easy argument to make.

Which kind of slavery is worse? The kind that doesn't involve sexual slavery, or the kind of slavery that involves lots and lots of sexual slavery?

The trans-Atlantic slave trade did involve sex. African slave women were sometimes impregnated while on the ship that was bringing them to America. And they were sexually abused by White slavemasters once they arrived here too.

instead of pissing and moaning about how your ancestors were slaves 200 years ago, and protesting that, why don't you put your energy somewhere actually useful, and protest the 1 in 200 people that are still slaves today. Guess where most of them are slaves? Africa. Some things never change, including who the slave takers are.

    Thank you.

See? There was nothing unique or exceptionally-evil about the Atlantic slave trade.

All slavery is equally as evil, so why do people so often pretend like white people perpetrated slavery in a uniquely-evil manner?

    Hmm...

I listened to the first ten minutes, then I started skipping through. All that I heard was her stating the obvious.

I am not personally affected by the Arab slave trade. So, I don't concern myself as much with the Arab slave trade. That still doesn't mean the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade was somehow better---it wasn't.

How terribly have you suffered the horrors of the Atlantic slave trade, and how big of a check will it take to heal your wounds?
Correct. The Arab slave trade was worse, because of all the sexual degeneracy involved.

'I'm leaving and I'm just not coming back': Fed up with racism, Black Americans head overseas

Hell, one doesn’t need to leave America to find inclusion. Just move to Chicago where every person of color has the same opportunity of being murdered. What was it last weekend? 104 shot and 14 killed. Well, there’s much improvement this weekend.
CHICAGO VIOLENCE: 46 SHOT, 11 FATALLY INCLUDING MINORS IN CHICAGO WEEKEND SHOOTINGS
By Jesse Kirsch, ABC 7 Chicago Digital Team
    Updated 11 minutes ago

Among the victims was a 20-month-old baby, a 10-year-old girl, and a 17-year-old boy, who were fatally shot in separate instances in weekend violence.

A 1-year-old boy was killed and his mother was injured in a shooting in Englewood Saturday afternoon, Chicago police said. Police said the the shooting occurred near Halsted and 60th around 2 p.m.

A Chicago Police Department spokesperson said the mother was driving with her child when another vehicle pulled up and someone fired shots, striking the boy and grazing the mother in the head. The child was in a carseat in the back of the vehicle when he was shot. The mother then drove to St. Bernard Hospital, where the child was pronounced dead.

A 10-year-old girl was shot in the head by a stray bullet in the Logan Square neighborhood Saturday night around 9:40 p.m, police said. She was taken to Stroger Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said. The Cook County medical examiner's office hasn't released details about her death.

An 8-year-old girl was injured Saturday night when a bullet flew through the window of an Englewood home on the South Side, Chicago police said.

According to police, the girl was sitting on the couch around 11:18 p.m. inside a residence in the 6600-block of S. Wood Street when a stray bullet came through the window, grazing her head. She was transported to Comer Children's Hospital in fair condition and there is no one currently in custody.

    1) How did my ancestors suffer from the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade? They lost their names, language, culture and history when they were enslaved in America. That means I also lost my name, language etc.
    2) The Trans-Atlantic Slave trade was just as bad as the Arab slave trade.

My family name was anglicized(Americanized?) at Ellis Island, and my ancestor's language(Gaelic) is basically a dead language. I don't give a crap about any of that, because it's a small price to pay for living in the greatest nation on Earth. Onwards and upwards.

What's the point of obsessing about crap that's dead and gone in your family's past? How is it at all constructive?
Naw, I'm pretty sure The Arab deal was worse because of all the rape. More rape is worse than less rape, right? Can you confirm that for me?

Can one truly lose what they never knew they had to begin with?

Had your ancestors not been brought to the united states, meaning they were sold to others in the first place, there is the very real possibility you yourself would be a slave in the country your ancestors were born in, as slavery is still continuing there. How is that any better? Being a slave with your own name and language, is that superior to not being a slave while not knowing what your name would have been under different circumstances?

And if the suspect had been white then maybe I would be pulled over but since his fellow brutha's are committing so much crime and at such high rates perhaps he should blame them and see what his community can do to stop it.

Yes Chicago has strict gun laws which conservatives oppose maybe he should switch parties.

Tiffanie Drayton knew: Her family kept getting priced out of gentrifying neighborhoods in New Jersey. She felt they were destined to be forever displaced in the USA. Then Trayvon Martin was shot and killed after buying a bag of Skittles and a can of iced tea."[/quote]

If I still had a mortgage I would just see my wealth going up wouldn't require me to move. Sign a longer lease. Get a better job. And stop with the false narratives Martin was killed after he cold-cocked someone then beat on the person getting to the ground where he proceeded to beat that persons head on a concrete sidewalk and that person was forced to defend themselves against serious bodily harm at the least.

It's a shame they have been fed the AMERICA IS THE MOST RACIST COUNTRY THAT HAS EVER EXISTED propaganda.

I think you have a name, I think you have a culture, I think you speak and type your language, you can even do inevitable the DNA test to see even more as I did to discover my heritage.

And blacks wonder why other races do not want to invest in and live in predominately black communities.

    1) My family names, mother tongue, history etc is extremely important to me. If yours isn't important to you, that's fine. Everyone needs roots. Enslaved Africans lost their roots.
    2) Why are you so obsessed with sex? There was a lot to slavery than sex abuse---that just a part of it.

Why is it important to you? Because you like to obsess about your ancestral victim status for the wokester oppression points?
No, not everyone needs roots. Most Americans don't know their roots, because they just don't care.

Do you think I put on a skirt and Riverdance around like Michael Flatley to bagpipes because that's my history and my culture?

Um, no, I do not, because my culture is American- proudly so.
Because sexual slavery is especially horrendous.

If you were going to be enslaved, and you were offered two choices of occupation, farm hand, or sex toy, which would you choose?

Sexual slavery was a bug in the Atlantic slave trade, but in the Arab slave trade, it was a feature.

The name I have is a slavemaster's name. It is not my African ancestor's name. The language I speak and write is not the language my ancestors spoke or wrote. (It would be nice to know it, even if I didn't use it.)
I have attended school and worked with Mexican people all my life. One thing I have always envied about the Mexican people is their ability to speak their mother tongue. No matter how poor a Mexican person is, there are 3 things they have that I'll never have:
    1) Their true family name
    2) Their mother tongue
    3) The Truth about their history

Slavery stole a lot more than our freedom.
