    Pull his business license.
If I was running an auto repair business as I did many moons ago, I would tell him to put on his mask or leave the premises. If we had his car, I would offer meet him outside to deal with his repairs.
In Napa where I lived, I think the people will wear masks. In Bakersfield where my sister lived for a time, you're probably right.
California is also split north and south with the south more conservative.

Cats do some hilarious things. We could probably share cat stories for pages.

You realise that today's death rate reflects case rates of four to six weeks ago? You won't know the current surge's death rate for another week or two.

Lock down. Nationwide, simultaneous, all borders closed, no movement.

Fauchi has a good job and 50+experience, well respected by most Americans and the world, experienced in everything about infectious diseases, and works hard to be honest in the good and bad news he says.

We know Trump's agenda is. Lies, failure, and unstop BS to try to make himself look good and make unending money by any means possible, principled or not.

Hmmm, hmmm, who should who to believe?

Coronavirus infections in the United States surged nearly 50 percent in June as states relaxed quarantine rules and tried to reopen their economies, data compiled Wednesday showed, and several states moved to reimpose restrictions on bars and recreation.

And he seems to have a monetary interest in developing a vaccine the same as during the AID's patent scandal he got caught up in a while back.

Yeah, it's like you don't know deaths lag cases by a few weeks. So yes, your waiting for them.

So far you are incorrect incorrect, the death rates have been dropping even with the slightly increased infection rate from a month back

And you can take your idea that I am waiting for any type of deaths and shove it....

Business isn't going to make very much PPE if they have to take the risk of it no longer being needed because we come up with a vaccine or cure. Putting on PPE is better than shutting down again. PPE is a lot less expensive than wrecking the economy.
Not necessarily. We don't know what the long-term effects are on people who get COVID-19 and recover.

You don't know if this is true or not.
It's possible to "lock down" parts of the economy for longer than you might think. One only needs to look at what we did in WW2 to see that.
I doubt many people understand the impact on the economy.

After you finish discrediting just about everyone (except Trump), where will you turn to for reliable information?

While conceding missteps in the federal response to the coronavirus, Dr. Anthony Fauci said Wednesday it is not too late to avoid the dire picture he outlined in congressional testimony of 100,000 coronavirus cases a day.

The nation's leading infectious disease experts said the conflicting advice offered by federal leaders around face masks in the early days of the pandemic helped sow distrust and continues to hamper the government's ability to slow the outbreak.

"We have to admit it, that that mixed message in the beginning, even though it was well meant to allow masks to be available for health workers, that was detrimental in getting the message across," Fauci said in an interview with Mary Louise Kelly of NPR's All Things Considered. "No doubt about it."

Despite the overwhelming consensus among public-health experts that face masks can help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, face coverings have become a partisan issue, something critics of the federal response have blamed on what they say has been a confusing back-and-forth on the issue from the Trump administration.

It won't be a surprise to me that Dr. Anthony Fauci and others in his field announce that it must me mandatory if we the people wear the face masks in public and keep distances of 6 feet to combat COVID-19

I have produced reliable information all along here and state the facts and truth to my ability. There may be the possibility that it would be mandatory all over the place to wear the masks in public and distance ourselves 6 feet for our own good if we don't want to get sick ourselves. Let's watch it. Best advice for us all.
