You are just factually incorrect, as usual. It is known that IQ is largely fixed, assuming no brain damage, insanity, etc. There are few goals in the science of psychology with a greater motive for success than increasing people's intelligence, and despite literally centuries of intensive effort, such interventions have a remarkably consistent record of failure.

IQ is also known to be largely genetic, as the University of Minnesota Twins Study proved decades ago: identical twins reared apart are more alike in IQ -- in fact, much more alike -- than fraternal twins reared together. That's just flat-out proof it's mostly genetic, sorry.

<yawn> When you understand that people evolved from apes according to a Darwinian process of random genetic variation and resulting differential reproductive success, and were not created by some deity to all be of equal intellectual capacity, you'll find it much easier to accept the reality that intelligence is largely genetic and fixed.

Well in that case you are agreeing with the OP's point. IQ testing measures the ability to perform in an academic environment. You've just arguing that someone in sub-Saharan Africa will of course perform poorly on such a test since their culture isn't geared towards that. But that's totally different from your earlier comment that the test was culturally biased. It's merely measuring something that you say isn't a priority in Sub-Saharan Africa.
