What "bias" conclusions? The facts are indisputable. We are now discussing the causes and interpretation of those facts. If anything demonstrates bias it is the premise that there could not possibly be any difference in population frequencies of genes associated with intellectual ability. It's just outright unscientific nonsense contrary to everything we know about evolution, especially human evolution.

 

Two reasons: there is more genetic diversity in sub-Saharan Africa than anywhere else, so we can expect more IQ variance; and the more intelligent an African is, the more likely they are both to be motivated to try to go to the USA and to succeed in getting there.
