    How about if someone needs a new heart or liver and they FORCE YOU to give them yours to sustain their life?

    With rights comes restrictions….you want fetuses to have more rights than anyone else???

    Why do leftists want to deny human rights to the unborn? Why should we NOT apply that same logic to adult leftists? Deny until they get the message. Murder is murder.

    It is trolling when you demand that LAWS must be CHANGED to SUPPORT your BELIEFS in VIOLATION of the Constitution but you cannot provide any SPECIFICS as to how that will happen.

    So let's apply Constitutional rights to a fetus and see where that goes, shall we?

    A pregnant woman decides to MURDER the man who got her pregnant and it is caught on video. It is cold blooded 1st degree murder but the lawyer for the fetus argues that imprisoning her violates the rights of her fetus that has NOT committed any crime. Does this mean that under YOUR changes that murderers now walk around free to kill anyone they like as long as they are pregnant?

    Going to run away from that one too?

    Frame a law that will target abort whilst allowing medical staff to save women at risk

    Those lawmakers have already had almost HALF a CENTURY and FAILED!

    What is going to be any DIFFERENT now?

    If you cannot come up with anything then it is just trolling for the sake of trolling.

    You need to have a SOUND BASIS for your position and so far your beliefs are not going to make anything happen.

    Well, lawyers can argue many things, but if I were on that jury he'd get ignored. I don't deal in fanciful hypotheticals. The judge would decide what you're asking.

    You have all these bleeding heart Conservatives claiming to care greatly and deeply for the life of a single human cell - wailing and bleating like sheep.

    When it comes to born children - "Kick em to the Curb" - "Food stamps should be banned" - Such hypocrisy.

    "Personal Responsibility" the will say - but then as you point out - they want no part of responsibility for the consequences of forcing women to carry unwanted pregnancies to term - that being the enormous financial cost to society of taking care of a child born into disfunction.

    In the case of an unintended pregnancy - abort as soon as possible - prior to the creation of a human. That is the responsible thing to do.

    wouldn’t it just be simpler to get all men to donate sperm and then sterilise them? That way all pregnancies would be planned and there would be no more abortions.

    Meanwhile continue supporting a serial adulterer who has sex with hookers whilst his wife was pregnant with his fifth child
