i really can’t understand how someone that claims to be a lawyer can’t understand words.

there is a difference between saying Trump suggested HE could move the election and Trump asking the question should we move it?

if it was delayed past Jan 20, maybe..

I really can't understand how anyone thinks that is a rational defense for Trump.

It is really ****ing dumb to say that it is fake news to claim that Trump did not suggest moving the date because he didn't suggest that he could unilaterally move the date.

We should move up the election, before it gets even worse

And people are rightfully criticizing him for suggesting we delay the election.

The EC will cast it's votes on the day set by the Constitution.

    A question.
"Delay the Election until people can properly, securely and safely vote???"

And should states allow voting to continue after the day of the election?

Do you support his proposal for a delay or not? One minute you say you don't, the next you seem to support it. Which is it?

Trump is setting this up to become an additional exposure of Joe Biden's full-onset Dementia.

Does anyone think that the Dems in DC would not verbally oppose this idea after Trump pushed it?

A big difference in a person requesting and providing their information and just blindly sending out ballots.

Louisville, KY, has one polling location for all 600,000 residents.

If I have to choose, I choose mail in. I think most people would stop waiting in line when they see it's up to 20,000 or so, don't you?

'Ipso Facto' meanderings that bear no validity... 1st do an analysis on how many 1.) Tax refunds have been botched 2.) how many Social Security checks have been botched 3.) Stimulus checks have been botched 4.) Draft registrations have been botched 5.) Prescription drug refills have been botched (w/o an ID really)... 6.) Passports have been botched by mail (not sure you can even do a mail in, lol) 7.) Drivers licenses (certainly have to appear in person) Botched 8.) Voter ID (NO) - carte blanche, however & whomever you can muster to the polls - dead - alive - legal or illegal... conjured up 'entities' pertain... Obvously ~

Suggestion would be MORE polling locations and start early voting much earlier.

No, it would be pointless as the Constitution dictates when the EC must cast it votes which is mere weeks later. There must be time for any election contest to be cleared up and the states certify their results internally to report to the Congress and have the EC ready to vote.

Do you support allowing the election to continue after November 3rd?

Odd that the article doesn't actually quote him in what he said related to floating the idea.

    hmmm.

He spoke in the past tense in your quote. Perhaps an idea, once planted, with consideration of events unknown at that time....

    My opinion, bad idea.

Beyond the obvious possibility he is simply saying such for the express purpose of annoying his critics, all to see if he can get a response out of them?

I floated the idea that he farmed out Ivanka to Epstein and fellates dead goats while watching FuxNoise. Should he be insulted? After all, I just "floated the idea."

    Yes, it does.

"With Universal Mail-In Voting (not Absentee Voting, which is good), 2020 will be the most INACCURATE & FRAUDULENT Election in history. It will be a great embarrassment to the USA," he wrote. "Delay the Election until people can properly, securely and safely vote???"

I love it when the DNC becomes trapped in their own reactive paradigm.

"In Ohio, Jane Timken, the state party chair, said she sees no evidence of support for Trump slipping.
Jennifer Carnahan, the chairwoman of the Minnesota Republican Party, said the same.
And Lawrence Tabas, the chairman of the Pennsylvania Republican Party, went so far as to predict that Trump would not only carry his state, but beat Biden by more than 100,000 votes — more than twice the margin he mustered in 2016. (Politico)

The internal polling suggests that a delay would be to Trump's disadvantage.

Your statements should be insulted, rightfully.

Are you going to show me where he floated this idea, or is CNN just making **** up so their liberal base can run with it with posts like this OP?
