Do yourself a favor, stop watching revisionist history videos from Praeger "University" and open a history book. Then look in the index for "Southern Strategy."

Yes, at the time of the civil war, the racist South were aligned with the Democratic party. Nixon changed that. Today, the racist South is aligned with the Republican party, and today's Republican party (esp. the Trump incarnation of it) has no legitimate right to castigate Democrats for being the party of the KKK. I GUARANTEE that EVERY member of today's racist KKK are registered voters of the Republican party.

Can't seem to find the story now, but I could swear I read recently how four members of Congress (Republicans, of course) have been outed as members of the KKK.

People don't forget Biden's racist history.

He was even attacked for it in the primaries.

That's some magical thinking-we know who these people are, and were.

A KKK member was Bidens self described mentor.

Yeah, it looks like it really hurt him.

He swept the Black Vote in SC and won Super Tuesday in a Landslide.

    Back to the drawing board.

That is obviously horrible and he deserves to be castigated for saying (and believing) something like that. The problem is that the only alternative to Biden is a man whose racist acts and comments aren't 43 years old. Trump's racist acts and comments are painfully recent and unlike Biden, there is no evidence that Trump's views have changed.

The African American community saved Biden's campaign so I guess that community has forgiven him for his part associations and beliefs. That will have to be good enough for me.

Lies? Despite not being proven by Republican Mueller (who didn't subpoena anywhere near the documents necessary to discern the truth and never put Trump under oath and depose him), there was plenty of evidence in the Mueller report to show that Trump and his campaign had close ties to the Russians (not to mention his business dealings which is why he is hiding his tax forms) and if a proper investigation were done it is likely that collusion with the Russians could have been proven (esp. since we saw him attempt to collude with Ukraine and we have reports from Bolton about his attempts to get China to help him in the 2020 election).

I doubt the Russian investigation is done. As soon as Trump is out of office, a slew of prosecutors will be waiting to hold him accountable for (at least) some of his alleged crimes. And they are not going to let him hid documents and avoid indictment by refusing to comply with subpoenas.

If they couldn't get PA, WI, MI right, they are hardly the gold standard.

    And, so what?

    Turnout Models were flawed.
There was a late break (disproportionately) of undecided voters for Trump.
    Hillary underperformed among Blacks.

NONE of those factors that led to Flawed Prediction Models will be a factor in 2020.

    Back to the drawing board.

You didn't know they were problems then. What makes you think you know what problems you don't know about now? For one thing, and no one seems to want to deal with this, Biden is not only showing clear signs of dementia, he's deteriorating rapidly. Compare recent clips, with clips from just a 100 days ago. His decline is bad and accelerating.

As the vultures circle the problems with Biden's vice presidential pick shows serious factionalism behind the scenes:
It will be interesting to see how you folks navigate this, right now it looks like a pig on ice skates.

They are going to keep pushing Bidens VP pick back because they can't find a good option.

    Nah.

    That is just Trump's "spin".

He Knows that he is going to Lose.

But hey, Trump is free to believe anything that he wants,

If Trump wants to use "Hey, lookie here, it's Joe" as a coping mechanism, I have no problem with it.

That Loss is going to hit him hard.

I just hope that he exits with class and doesn't have to be put into a straitjacket by Biden's secret service.

People were not motivated by the Russia investigation to vote against the GOP. Feel free to peruse the list of issues that motivated voters - the Russia investigation showed up last on one survey of about 15 issues and it didn't show up at all on another survey that listed roughly a dozen issues.

People voted - by record breaking margins - for Democrats in the House in 2018 because at least 2/3rds of voters were motivated to send a message of their approval/disapproval of donald trump.

How did Rasmussen do in 2018?

You just won't answer how the polling company you want to be your sole guiding metric of accuracy did during the most recent national election.

How did Rasmussen do in 2018? Specifically on the final generic congressional ballot and how did that compare against the final tally?

Trump won those three States by a combined margin of 80,000 votes. And all of the results for those States were within the margin of error from the average of polls used by RCP for their analysis.

If you truly think that the Russia investigation is the reason the GOP lost so badly in 2018, then what the **** do you think is going to happen in 2020 when voters decide whether to send a message to the guy who went on to be impeached - with the most "yes" impeachment votes in US history AND a "yes" to removal vote from a senator of his own party for the first time in history - for ANOTHER corrupt dealing with a foreign government?

And that's not even addressing the single most important issue to voters this year - trump's failure to properly address covid-19.

We know the Russia crap was fake.

And we know impeachment was just as fake.

    Lets find out together.

A Republican Senator voted to Remove the Republican President based on that Impeachment that you believe is fake.
