WALSH: George Floyd Bodycam Footage Is Out. We Weren't Told The Full Truth.

Why did George Floyd decide to engage in numerous felony activities on the day of his death? Stupidity? When does the action and decisions of a stupid individual get blamed on themselves, rather than on someone else?

 

Yes most crooks are stupid, low IQ people.

But cops shouldn't be. If I cut off your blood supply for 8 minutes I mean to kill you. Some cops are psychopaths. Such actions can not be tolerated. Nor defended.

Bad cops hurt the good cops! And we need good cops or chaos rules and society comes apart.

Thank god for good cops! I know some of them.

The video pointed out that the arrest was complicated by Covid 19 and illegal drugs in Floyd's system. But when a suspect is on the ground and handcuffed, the arrest is over. There was no justification for the knee on the neck, regardless of what killed Floyd.

 

he died, what more proof do you need, he was having medical problems and the police knew it and STILL did what they did, that only makes it worse

remember, the cops called an ambulance and then continued to kill him

 

agree, and the fact that they never found any counterfeit $20, which they should have determined before ever arresting him - this was all over nothing

 

if he was having medical problems, then that makes it more so premeditated, they should have helped him, not put a knee on his neck and kill him

they called an ambulance, they knew he needed help, yet we saw what they did during the next 10 minutes

 

it amazes me that some still want to defend these cops actions

 

Just as it amazes others that there are so many who want to consider George Floyd the equivalent of a saint, when he was nothing more than a convicted felon engaged in new felony activities, and doing everything in his power to resist arrest.

I assume that police procedure and military procedure differ quite a bit. Not least because military personnel don't have to worry about the Constitutional rights of insurgents.

as far as constitutionality goes, I don’t see why a knee to the neck of someone being detained would be any different than any other tactic a police officer uses. Does it say somewhere “police officers shall not place their knees on the necks of criminals while detaining them”?

 

The constitution applies to all people in the U.S. - citizens, visitors and insurgents. It applies nowhere outside the U.S. Military personnel are subject to another thing called the Uniform Code of Military Justice which does apply to them wherever they are. Murder is covered in article 118 which you can look up on the internet.

Floyd is still dead, that is correct. There is no debate in that. As for the narrative put forth by the media, the Democrat party and leftist Ellison, it calls into question as to why this video was withheld. Clearly, it deflates their narrative

 

The question is whether Durbin is telling the truth.
