    Did you notice? They were missing just before launching their convention and especially noted the two candidates totally absent?

    And it starts tonight with a bunch of video taped speeches which will probably go over like one of those responses to the SOTU speeches. And with just four Keynote speaker slots they choose Michele Obama for one? Really? Maybe a first night early slot but Keynote? And about Covid, what does she know?

    I'll have it on for as long as I can bear it but without all the pomp and circumstance and interviews it's going to get real boring real quick unless you are just obsessed with people basking Trump. And to go on record I imagine no more from the Republican although haven't seen their total plans or speak list yet.

    It is NOT "Democrat" Convention

    It is: the Democratic National Convention.

    Get your facts right on how the party is designated.

    The use of "Democrat" Party is a well documented, DELIBERATE perjorative.

    The speakers are just the favored elite stars of the Democratic party. I realized that when I saw New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo on the list. As well, I saw some of the people I supported during the early primary days.

    Meanwhile, they gave Joe Biden the very last slot on the last day. Here I thought they were going to have minor speakers on the last day who would be ignored because people had had ENOUGH of watching it day after day.

    Pretty much every convention in history has placed a speech from the VP on the penultimate day and the Presidential candidate on the final day.

    What makes this convention unique is the fact that the first night of the Democratic Convention will include a series of prominent Republicans who are willing to endorse Biden and speak on his behalf.

    I know Kaisch who went over the cliff about Trump back in the primary and is no longer a prominent Republican and disrespects the Republicans, the Republican Party and the Republican citizens who voted for him all because of his hatred for Trump. If he really feels this way about support Biden he should switch parties and be honest. What other "prominent" Republicans are speaking?

    Kasich's lack of primary votes in 2016 proved that he never was a "prominent" Republican. He's a waste of political space, so he'd might as well change parties.

    A picture of George Floyd? Will the HONESTLY show what is going on in the cities? This mayor of DC criticizing Trump about visiting the church and does not mentioned the protesters had tried to fire bomb the night before.

    And now George Floyd's brothers.............honoring Floyd the career criminal?

    I'm watching the PBS NewsHour.. public television. We pay for this. And the talking head keeps referring to the "murder" of George Floyd. We know now, as much as we know anything, that he was not murdered. He died because it was amazing he was alive in the first place given the amount of drugs in his system. This is just insane.
