I don't think we have seen the last of incidents like this. Citizens won't continue to watch their cities burn indefinitely. If the government doesn't do its job, you will see more and more militia type groups attempt to do it.

I responded that Kyle did not seem to have the mentality to be a combat "soldier" and that the way he acted the other night he could get himself and his squad killed. You just reinforced that fact.n

Again I will cut you some slack because Im assuming your not from the US.
But here in the US its not against the law for minors to defend themselves from pedophiles trying to attack them.

 

Recruiter asked if I had felonies. I was charged at 18, not convicted. Later when I admitted to marijuana use in the past, he said I was automatically disqualified. I could have 1 or the other, but not both.

So I quit smoking for a month with the intention of going back and denying use. Ofc same guy was there and remembered. He initiated a waiver process. I ended up talking to an officer on speakerphone a month or so after that and waiver approved.

 

My guess is Trump already has a pardon waiting for them.

 

So this kid, at 17, had something beyond smoking pot. A felony charge at that age would be troubling, although we might not know because of juvenile records.

 

Not stupid. This will be the result when Democrat run cities and states allow Marxist rioters to loot and riot for days on end (and yes, they are armed to the teeth) without any law enforcement. Of course there are no restrictions or even border controls between the states of the USA and everyone can move freely across the complete USA. BUT ...

There are often different laws in your 50 states ... that means: What is allowed and legal in one state can be forbidden and illegal in the neighboring state ... right?

So if a person who lives in state "A" goes to state "B", then he this person she has to comply with any other laws of state "B" ... and then it doesn't matter whether an issue with the person at home is allowed in state A and only prohibited in B! This is the important point...

True, but i just looked and couldn't find anything in WI that states that it is illegal for minors to defend themselves from attacking pedophiles.

The kid in question made a ill advised decision to protect businesses with his own weapon. Even with a gun he wasn't an intimidating figure and violent rioters assaulted him thinking he'd never have the nerve to shoot. They were mistaken.
What he did was in self defense and he will walk away from this which is something a couple of his assailants won't do.

I don't know now about which attacks by which pedophiles, where self-defense is given, you are talking about ... Anyway:

But the fact is that the person here at age 17 was illegally armed by law in all 50 states as far as I know ... at least by law in the state here and that counts first.
And then the question arises why this underage person is illegally driving armed to another state and what the hack this person wanted to do there with what intention!
And last but not least, there is a difference between self-defense and vigilante justice according to US law ... the latter is forbidden and a crme by US law and, taking all facts into account, this is vigilante justice here ... because what did this illegally armed person want in a strange place with what intentional intent? Just ... that's what it's about!
