That's it in a nutshell there. The city I grew up in had a bad Police brutality problem. It didn't matter what color you were, if you got out of line with the cops they kicked your ass. I learned at an early age to do what the man with the badge says, and to respect the badge even if the man was an *******. I never had my ass kicked by the Police, I never gave them a reason. But I've had friends who were beat down, it isn't pretty.

Bottom line, if a cop says up against the wall, I'm up against the wall. We can let the Judge sort it out later.

Trump literally said "as long as I am President, I will defend the absolute right of every American citizen to live in security, dignity, and peace...." and YOU literally inserted the word "white" to change the meaning, tone, and inclusiveness of his quote when you falsely misquoted Trump as saying "as long as I am President, I will defend the absolute right of every American white citizen to live in security, dignity, and peace...." which was a lie. A LIE. That's even worse than just taking what he says out of context. You flat out CHANGED what Trump said. And then you wonder why your perception is so out of whack and you think Trump is such a bad guy...... SMH.

White people who resist arrest risk the same use of force as black people who resist arrest. However 1) blacks resist arrest MORE, and 2) it doesn't make the news when a white person resists arrest and is injured or accidentally killed, which misleads people like yourself to believe it's somehow a problem limited only to blacks. I partly blame the media for perpetuating this type of ignorance, but I also blame the purveyors of the media who choose only the media sources which will confirm their biases.

It doesn't make the news because most of the time Justice will be served. Folks like you are the ones who are mislead, because you see the police as these righteous folks and you think they do no wrong and you don't see most of the scenes when black folks are pulled over or stopped by the police. How do you think black folks generated such a mistrust of the police.

The ignorance is you believe that black folks are treated in the same manner by police that you are treated and that is just not the case.

 

So you lied and misquoted Trump by changing what he ACTUALLY said into what you wrongly thought he "meant" and you're actually trying to defend lying about what Trump said? Epic. People like you ---- who would lie about what Trump said and intentionally misquote him ---- you are the problem here, not Trump nor Trump's supporters.

There is literally no point in attempting to discuss things with you when you will literally LIE about what Trump said, and directly misquote him, and then try to build an entire argument around YOUR LIE.

 

Yes, I am a single issue voter, I always vote for the party with the best fireworks. Thank you very much.
